Unbeatable location. Walkable to the main strip and sports. Restaurants everywhere. The place is clean and quiet with everything you need and comfortable beds. Love this place. Cannot recommend it enough. The lock system is convoluted but once you get the hang of it it all works out.

Felt Like Home—Clean, Quiet, and Walkable Location Check-in/out was super easy with clear instructions. The space was perfect for my boyfriend and me—cozy, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. Loved the filtered water from the fridge! We walked 10 mins to the Turnip Truck for groceries and made breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen. Coffee shop next door and a liquor store two buildings down—so convenient. The bed and linens were very comfy, blackout shades were great for naps, and the unit was peaceful—we never heard neighbors. Plenty of towels and in-unit washer/dryer were a bonus. Kitchen had basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Only suggestion: replace scratched frying pans. The place was super clean, cutely decorated with a Nashville/country theme, and felt like our own little home. About a 20-min walk to Broadway, and The Gulch had lots of great spots too. We’d definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

We stayed in April 2025 and had a wonderful week. A short walk from Broadway and all the endless options of bars, restaurants, and museums we all come to Nashville for! Forest’s instructions were spot on and made arrival very easy. Setting up the Latch app was way easier than I expected, and it’s very simple to use. From accessing the included parking (be ready to reverse a couple feet after scanning the app as the gate swings out toward you), using the elevator, and accessing the apartment, using the Latch app really was a breeze. The apartment was very clean, and just like the pictures. Very quiet also! No street noise. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of towels and pillows, and a large closet with two luggage stands. There was even a first aid kit! Very nice because you never know! I will definitely book here again for my next trip to Nashville!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, going out of their way to accommodate everything I needed. The location is unbeatable—walking distance to tons of great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, and just a short Uber ride to downtown and Broadway. The building itself is top-notch, with amazing amenities including a great co-working space and even music studios, which was such a unique touch. Everything was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. I felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

We had the best stay at Rafael’s place. The place is stunning and super clean. (The photos don’t do justice !!) We highly recommend and can’t wait to be back!

The Airbnb was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect amount of sleeping space for family of 5. The twin bunk bed is actually more roomy than it looks in the photos. We didn't have any issues with noise in the building as mentioned by some of the other reviews. The location is close to Music Row. We primarily walked back and forth from Music Row and only got an Uber a couple of times which was less than $10 to the unit. We had a great time visiting Nashville and would stay here again!

This Airbnb was perfect! Everything was clean and the decor was super cute. The location was perfect for walking to the gulch and a short 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Linda was always quick with responding so if you ever needed anything, you would be able to easily get in touch with her. I did notice that you had to type in the door code to the actual condo twice to get it to unlock so just a heads up if you’re staying here. I would one thousand percent recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!!

Good location. Took a Lyft ride down to Broadway. We met another couple and they said it was a short 20 min walk but we didn’t want to walk. I was amazed on how quiet the location was and how safe it felt. It had all the stuff that we needed for the night which was nice. Would stay here again if we came to Nashville.

It looked exactly like the pictures on the listing. He is very responsive to messages and helpful with recommendations. Nothing but 5 stars across the board!!!

The condo was cozy and conveniently located within walking distance of Broadway Street. The only drawback was the construction across the street, which created loud noises in the mornings, making it difficult to sleep in.

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

We stayed here for a girls trip - it was perfect. Place is clean and comfortable. Walkable to all the great food and shopping 12 South offers. Ubers were quick (4-5 minute wait at the most each time) and they had no trouble locating us, plus it felt safe in a friendly neighborhood. If we go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay with Louie at The Dolly again.

What a perfect location to stay! Peaceful, extremely clean and had everything we needed! Hot tub was the perfect way to end everyday here!

Terri and her husband were so friendly and welcoming! The extremely small percentage of them making use of the shared space came with prompt warnings/informing us they would be around so we had plenty of notice! Our favorite parts of the stay were the backyard deck, the gorgeous mirror in the basement, and how unique and hand-picked all the artwork was! The space was a perfect mix of feeling at home while also having plenty of picture worthy spots. My personal favorite touch was the skeleton decoration in the truck in the backyard, so funny and gave us the perfect laugh to start our stay. HUGE thank you to Terri and Jon!

Good for bigger groups, lots of beds and bathrooms. Great rooftop areas. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Overall great stay for our bachelorette trip and we enjoyed it very much.

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was perfect for our family trip to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. The game room downstairs was a huge hit! We Spent hours playing before heading to Broadway. Short 10 minute ride to Broadway and all the food delivery options had no problem finding the house. Planning to make this an annual trip and we would happily rent this house again!
