Amazing place to stay for a Bachelorette trip to Nashville! Cozy, clean, private, and cute. Located right outside of Broadway- about a 8-10 minute walk, which is absolutely nothing, and safe enough to walk home at 2am. Provided everything we needed, and amenities listed were all present. Both bathrooms were very spacious and tons of closet/storage space. Would 100% stay here again!

The location of this condo was great for our visit. We didn't want to rent a car and it worked out great. We used Uber a few times for longer distance events, but walking to Broadway and surroundings was fantastic. The Condo looks just like the pictures and description. Very clean and the unit was ready for our check-in. No issues. We would stay again. Thank you for being great hosts!

It was a great visit. We survived the 2:30am fire alarm. Unfortunately, there was some worse than unruly guests with bad language. Honestly they needed to have security show up but I was unaware how to contact. Not sure if there is something you can do on the app but it would be nice. It was awful and quite scary to be honest

The condo was very nice and clean. It was far from the main elevator but not really a problem for us. 8-10 min walk to Broadway. Enjoyed the stay.

My daughter and I had a superb stay at Bekah's condo. Bekah shared great info before check-in and offered really helpful suggestions for exploring Nashville, including the best ways to get around. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a great coffee selection on offer, just as the pictures showed in the listing. We cannot fault our stay and would recommend this property to others. This was a wonderful choice! We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and the location was perfect. Amy and Jarrod's place was very cozy and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

The condo is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. Although we didn't, you could easily walk to the Nashville hot spots! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Tricia's apartment is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Nashville! It's within walking distance of great restaurants but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Broadway Street to enjoy a peaceful stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the thoughtful décor added to the charm of the place. We stayed with our dog and had a wonderful time. We're absolutely certain we'll return to Tricia's place in the future!

My family enjoyed our stay at Louie’s this week. The house was a good size for our group of 7, including 3 small children. A real plus to have 2 full bathrooms! We were glad to have the kitchen bar to feed the children. The dry board on the kitchen wall was a blessing-kept the little ones busy for hours! We did all of our own meals at the house, and found the kitchen to be easy to work in, and most pots, pans, utensils that we needed were available. It was great to have so much parking space! I thought the location would be noisy with car traffic, but the area was very quiet. The house is in a lovely neighborhood with quiet streets, shops and a park near by, and a grocery store less than a mile away. We were in town to go to a Penguins hockey game, and the house location was very convenient for travel to and from hockey arena.

Brody was an amazing host with a beautiful home. Gave very clear instruction without question and was extremely flexible with times. Will definitely book again if I get the chance.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

Terri and her husband were so friendly and welcoming! The extremely small percentage of them making use of the shared space came with prompt warnings/informing us they would be around so we had plenty of notice! Our favorite parts of the stay were the backyard deck, the gorgeous mirror in the basement, and how unique and hand-picked all the artwork was! The space was a perfect mix of feeling at home while also having plenty of picture worthy spots. My personal favorite touch was the skeleton decoration in the truck in the backyard, so funny and gave us the perfect laugh to start our stay. HUGE thank you to Terri and Jon!

We had so much fun and would definitely return! The house was very spacious for a group of 10, and we could easily have fit a few more. The house is a very short uber from downtown, but the residential area is a nice separation from the fun of Broadway. Hosts were excellent and incredibly responsive.

beautiful place. amazing hosts - very helpful and spontaneous in their response. helped us quickly with household issues without any delays. place has very good proximity to the Strip. good place to live for a big family or group of families.

We had fun while staying here. The place was really decorated cute. We liked it, and easy access to downtown Nashville. I do think that there needs to be a soft couple of chairs and/or a couch upstairs, near the dining room table area. While the kids played downstairs, my back started to hurt terribly on those metal chairs. So much so, that I had to lay down in bed.
