Kunal’s penthouse was the perfect place to stay for my boyfriend and I who were in town for a comedy show and a fun getaway. The art inside the penthouse makes it that much cooler. The extra amenities such as 9 ball pool, ticktacktoe, jenga, putt putt, and more. In addition to being extremely communicative, Kunal was also very accommodating to us and our travel needs. As we were in town, a huge storm came through and Kanul was prepared to make accommodations for us if needed. 12/10 recommend this stay. We will be back to enjoy it again for sure! Thank you for the hospitality and the fun place to stay near the heart of all things Nashville! ❤️

Suzanne was very responsive to us. We asked to have a pack n play in our room for our daughter and she arranged that for us. We had some bad weather while we stayed and she checked in with us to make sure we were okay and knew what to do should something happen.

UrbanNashville was the most friendly, professional, communicative, and helpful host I've ever encountered through here. I'm so very grateful! I had stayed at this location once before and found it to be a great space for a short stay, and the absolute-most convenient possible... literally ON campus. Additionally, my requests -- first for a minor window-covering repair and then to extend my stay by a day -- were addressed and attended to immediately. This was an exemplary experience and I would definitely recommend UrbanNashville to anyone wanting a campus-focused minihome for a visit. Thank you again so much!

Host was very quick and thorough with communication. Had a late flight coming in and check in was extremely easy. The walk to broadway was so easy and felt extremely safe which is exactly what we wanted. Overall, great stay and would totally recommend to others.

As an extremely private person, I was hesitant when someone suggested I stay at the inn, but decided it was a sign to get out of my comfort zone. Coming up the driveway toward the house, I passed three gorgeous horses and felt like I had been dropped into a movie. The window in this room is directly across from the bed, so I opened the curtains, snuggled up, and marveled at the view of the meadow. The room was warm and inviting, and I really appreciated how cozy the couch was. "Grandma" is a beautiful soul who lives at the inn and immediately made me feel like family; she is quite the conversationalist and though I intended to keep to myself, I thoroughly enjoyed our chats at the kitchen table. As I met the other guests, I was surprised how much I enjoyed the interactions, and how nice it felt to have someone say a kind word as they passed me in the hall/kitchen/etc. Staying at the inn reminded me of the power of community and how quickly strangers can become friends. Highly recommend.

Place was convenient to all shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the coded entry. The weather wasn’t great but we enjoyed the pool and hot tub beforehand so that was nice. Place was be try clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Such an adorable place and super affordable! Everything was super clean. So many places to sit in the room which I loved making it cozy and inviting. I loved everything about it from top to bottom so girly and feminine and a great theme that was so relatable to Nashville I can’t wait to visit again.

We flew in at 7am and check in wasn't until 4pm. We were able to put our luggage in a secure place so we didn't have to lug it around. I loved the coffee shop on site, Dawn. So cute! I love the little propagation station. I was able to take a plant clipping back home, so I have a little piece of Nashville. Laura, the GM, was very helpful and she gave us a couple of good recommendations . There were a lot of areas to just chill outside. The hotel room itself was very cute and clean.

We loved this place! It's modern and clean. Our only challenge was the parking. There are only 4 parking spaces under the building. If you can't get one you have to find parking on the street. Thankfully this wasn't too hard to do, but depending on the day and time it could be. But if you have a lot of stuff to unload it's kind of a pain.

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days at Hachland Hill. It was a great base for our trip to Nashville and a quiet place to regroup and rest after spending the days in the city. The breakfasts were a real treat and my daughter so appreciated the meatless plates the staff provided…just after mentioning in passing she was vegetarian when we checked in the night before. Nice personal touches all around and carefully curated throughout. Joe was super kind and friendly and I enjoyed our few chats. His local recommendations and stories of the history of the place and personal connection to it were so very interesting. We also reminisced about our days at UT…coincidentally we were both alumni and our time there overlapped. Hachland Hill was a wonderful addition to our weekend. Off the beaten path (but easy to get to) and so charming, this is truly a gem. We’d love to return sooner than later!

This was a great stay! Beautiful, nature-filled quiet scenery and easy to get to the city. The most impressive part was the genuine, warm hospitality we enjoyed throughout the stay. The breakfast was amazing! Great find.

Great stay! Place was beautiful, peaceful, and the breakfast was great! It's a peaceful setting, and we had a relaxing time. The main building is really cool, and they set us up for a fire down on the huge patio. Breakfast was at 8, and was amazing, but for lunch and dinner be mindful that most food places are about 15 minutes away. Most restaurants near the inn close at 8, once we figured that out, we did fine. There is Mexican food, and an awesome pizza place close by. Overall we loved our stay.

Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

The spacious bedroom features a king-sized bed with white linens and a decorative skirt. Natural light filters through a large window with sheer curtains. A wooden dresser and a small desk are positioned alongside a comfortable armchair, all set on polished wooden floors.

I can’t say enough good things about this place, they are amazing and we will definitely stay here again! The host responded immediately when I asked to check in early because the event we were going to was starting shortly after check in, they were so nice and helpful! Angel was amazing and she exceeded the great expectations we had already from reading the all of the wonderful reviews about her, above and beyond! Angel recommended the pub next door, The Lost Paddy, and the food was incredible, we had lunch and breakfast the next day, and the breakfast was our favorite meal all weekend! The room was perfect, we had everything we needed, and the water pressure and heat was perfect. They also have a really cool game room with a movie room. The weather wasn’t nice enough to use the pool, but it looked really nice too. We are very satisfied with our stay, the host, and the staff!

Very nice and exactly like the pictures! Isn’t walkable to anything except a Waffle House and gas station, but only a short uber ride to broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! I would suggest if you’re looking a quiet stay during the hours 6-11 pm, this area isn’t the best. There are multiple walking distance bars and restaurant. However, we booked for a birthday! Such a great place.
