Yay! Cool Tiny Home Near All the Parks (98)

Located in the middle of it all. Hundreds of restaurants/shopping/grocery stores/pharmacies. You will love our great porch and the quiet atmosphere. One awesome thing about our neighborhood is that even though it is centrally located, you cannot hear any noise. 15 minutes from Disney, Sea World and Universal!! Deer, raccoons, and large water birds walk down the streets. Our cottage is great for families, couples, solo adventurers or business travel.

My place is good for couples & families with kids. Nice getaway resort with lots of extras. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, with lovely Kitchen w/window and lots of light. Hot tub, iron table, washer and dryer. Closer walk to Pool/Amenity area. Very friendly place & very kid's oriented. 25 minutes from Disney, 30 Minutes from Universal and MCO International Airport. We had a blast staying here! We went with our families to celebrate our daughters’ 2nd and 5th birthdays. There was plenty of room, lots of costumes to play dress-up, and the pool was so nice. I am a super picky person when it comes to cleanliness and even brought my own supplies to use, but I never had to get them out. It was spotless when we got there. Be sure to read over the binder when you arrive; it has lots of helpful info!

Our stay at Susan’s was perfect. The tiny home is perfect for a couple or small family. The park is peaceful and quiet. And it’s only a few minutes from everything. We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

We enjoyed our stay here as a bigger group with a little baby. Spacious, clean and private. Kitchen fully stocked, two bathrooms and 4 beds was great for our group. The location is a little out there, and with traffic, getting to Orlando can be a bit crazy. It does take a good 30 minutes to Disney and 1 hour to OCC convention center, depending on time of day. But we can’t control traffic, otherwise the place was great!

Highly recommend, will stay again! Host was very responsive and friendly in providing information prior to visit. Upon arrival, check-in was easy and exactly as explained. Condo is in the most perfect location in relation to tennis courts and pool, literally a few steps away! Accommodations were excellent, extremely clean, very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Screened in balcony was nice feature that we enjoyed in AM/PM. Slight changes in furniture from listed photos in living room. 2 chairs w ottomans instead of second couch. We were able to accommodate 5 ppl comfortably in condo. Wonderful experience staying here! Cannot say enough good things about the location, the hosts, the community pool and other guests we met. Very safe, friendly place to stay. Pool and bar/cafe was fantastic! Perfect for those visiting parks/nearby attractions! Just book it!
