Host was responsive and clear, the house in our opinion looked better than the photos. Pool area was exactly what it appeared to be on the photos, not too big but also not that small. Check in and out was an absolute breeze. We absolutely loved the upstairs area, the neon lights were a great touch. If you book this house and see a hot water feature for the pool and think you don’t need that, it’s Florida. Yeah we did too and immediately asked the host for the feature once we touched the water. And it was the best thing we could’ve done. It was 80°+ degrees outside and the water was amazing.

The best location for a trip plan to Disney world . under 28 minutes to the parks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and heated to our preferred temperature. Our host could not have been any better. He always responded to our questions and concerns within a short period of time. The one downside of the location was the traffic noise. Very noisy. Other than that it was a wonderful trip.

Very clean home, close to all Disney parks. Street parking was a bit annoying, but it was a good thing we had a garage. Smart TV’s in every room. Overall a great stay and would stay again

Tetyana’s place was very clean, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. It was conveniently located near Disney and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The master bath was a great way to unwind and relax after walking over 10,000 steps at the Disney parks. We LOVED the jacuzzi/pool combo and how secluded it was. Very quiet neighborhood, responsive host, and easy check-in. We’ll be back. :)

Roy was wonderful and kind. He was great and super responsive. Will certainly be booking here again when we go back to orlando.

The only thing I regret is Not Finding This Listing SOONER! Ashley was super responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and has everything we needed. The open kitchen was great for our family games and buffet style meals. We can hardly wait to come back this summer!!!!

The house is brilliant. We had 11 adults and a 5 month old baby. We all flew in at different times, to different airports but access was easy for everyone. we had been given the details by the host prior to our arrival. Susan is a great host, very communicative but not intrusive. Every detail was taken care of. Passes at the gate, information about the activities and much more. I would highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone. Having a large family, it was great for space but also playing games and spending time together. We had family visit, who live in Florida, which was also easy. Susan was very helpful when my father in law couldnt be located, after visiting us. Thank you Susan, we will be back

Family and I had a great time at Ivy’s place. Area was quiet and home was clean. We especially loved how close it was to Disney World. Will definitely plan to stay at Ivy’s place again next time we are up in the area.

Tamika was incredibly attentive quick to respond to my questions and always offering great ideas or ways to avoid tolls or get things for less. The house was so well stocked that I didn’t have to run to the store right when we got there for soap, or things like that. The house was comfortable and the pool was perfect. Tamika even tried to help us find a lost AirPod ! It really felt like staying at family’s guest house with all the nice things she has in the kitchen. I don’t know what other guests visits were like but we plan on going back and staying here. Tamika was so helpful and the house perfect.

This was a great spot for the night that we stayed. It was about a 5-minute walk to the community/resort pool and the private hot tub was great as well. The bathrooms were nice and spacious, and the vibe of the place was great.

Beautiful home, close to attractions, and stocked well with necessities. Chuck was very responsive to any questions during the process and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. I would stay here again as we had a wonderful stay on our family trip to Disney.

Hello, Me and my family, came to visit Florida for a family gathering. I was pleased with the house I rented from Franka. The house was family friendly spacious and very clean. The host was very polite, responsive to any concerns I had. I really enjoyed the game room it has over 60 games of pure fun. Close to the store for all your shopping needs. Also the house came with more than enough space so everyone had there own space. I am in a wheelchair and I was able to move around the house and wasn't restricted on where I could go. The pool lift was a plus . I will definitely going back to stay there if you're looking for a wheelchair accessible home I would definitely recommend this house. Thanks again

Our family had a great stay at The Pelican House. Donna was very responsive and friendly. The house matched its description. Very clean, comfy beds and close to all the parks. Thank you for the outstanding stay.

My family and I had a great stay ! My two small pets were welcome which was great because leaving them at home would’ve made us worry. There are many restaurants nearby which is amazing! There is an aldi’s, Walmart, and Publix nearby as well ! The house is ever big and spacious ! There’s a half bathroom downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs as well as 3 bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs is carpet. We had a great family vacation ! There are some cameras outside in the front and back, but we felt very safe and like we had our privacy ! Truly a great host thank you !

We were a family of 10 adults, 3 children(8y, 3y, and 2y), 2 infants(11m and 8m), and 4 small dogs and there was plenty of bedrooms to accommodate all of us. We appreciated the opportunity to include our fur babies during our stay. Our host was very attentive to our questions or needs at all times, thank you. This was our first experience with Airbnb and won't be the last. It is a beautiful home.
