Monthly Rentals in Dana Point Harbor

We had the immense pleasure of staying at this great place for one month. The place was immaculate and location above and beyond our expectations - one of the most beautiful cities ever. The weather in January was just beautiful and we enjoyed walking the dogs right on down to the dog park for a daily play. The neighbors are all so friendly and kind too! Larry and his wife Abigail were so beyond good to us. They allowed us to use their Doheny beach pass and we were able to just go park and relax and enjoy the peaceful relief of the ocean waves. The house was actually walking distance to Doheny beach and my fiancé was able to walk there and back a few times (the walk up can be a good work out and you’ll pop a sweat lol). Overall, we want to come back every year this place was seriously one of our most memorable and cherished stays and we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else in Dana Point besides Larry’s place! After the first night, my wife said that of all the Airbnbs we had stayed in, this one was the best. It was immaculate, very organized, well-decorated, and comfortable. It had plenty of room and great little touches for a long-term stay. I found Anastasia to be very responsive to questions and most gracious. The location was terrific; we could walk to restaurants, the beach, and the grocery store. It has numerous small touches that make staying long-term very easy. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great, and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. There are tennis courts, basketball hoops, and pickleball courts right next door. I highly recommend this host and location to anyone seeking a beach and gastronomic vacation. There are lots of quality restaurants within one mile of the unit. We also had numerous golf options available, of which we took advantage. We had a fantastic visit and would happily stay with Anastasia again.

Me and my boyfriend’s stay at Bryce’s place was an absolutely wonderful experience. Kent & Bryce were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself was perfect! It matched the description and was exactly what we thought it would be. It was clean, cozy, and the location is great! Bryce was very responsive and quickly answered any questions that we had. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We would highly recommend staying here.

Christine was a perfect host. She is considerate, accurate, responsive, and cares about her guests and their stay. The location is perfect across, from The Strand, and easy location to walk the beach or the Ritz for a sunset drink. Sunsets are in perfect view from sitting on the couch through the window, or go outside and enjoy them. Her place is clean, comfortable and the location is ideal. I will stay there every time I am in town, and have recommended it to friends. Loved it. Thanks Christine. You have a gem.
