Great place to stay! We are a family that live in different areas so this was inbetween everyone - couldn’t ask for anything better. We actually spent a lot of time just in the house and garden. Perfect for families - lots to do for the children and lots of space! The cot provided was an actual cot which was a lovely touch as it meant our 14 month baby slept properly! Ben was really accommodating and always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

We returned this year again to celebrate Christmas (early) with family. The house is warm, cosy and there’s plenty of space. The kitchen is full of everything you might need. Everything works beautifully. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of hot water to shower/bath. Lovely pub/cafe within a 3 minute walk. We will be back.

Emma's place was warm and welcoming and exactly as described. We didn't arrive until late and Emma very kindly left a light on for us. Will definitely stay again.

Elizabeth's cottage is the perfect cosy get away. Full of character and charm, the Christmas decorations made it a really special stay. Our host was so great helping us when booking and reccomending local restaurants and pubs but we loved the place so much we stayed in, watched films and enjoyed the atmosphere!

Great facility. Disabled support facilities were great if needed. Kitchen has everything you could need. Nice quiet area. Would definitely book here again.

Alex's place was lovely - is far bigger than it looks from the outside. Lounge/dining area is a great space. kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy. Would recommend & stay again when in the area.

Property was home from home. Perfect for a family of 5. Walking distance to Victoria park. Great location for surrounding points of interest. Lovely host, pictures actually don’t do the property justice.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to be relocated but Andreia was fantastic and found us a great place to stay in pretty much the same location. Andreia was extremely responsive and was always on hand … excellent host and went the extra mile to get the issue sorted and make sure we were happy. Would recommend to anyone.

Great spacious bungalow with large kitchen and dining room, great for 3 people wanting separate bedrooms when exhibiting at NEC, a 20 minute drive away.

Booked very last minute due to cancellation. Emily was very responsive and friendly. Offered a free upgrade to ground floor flat which we appreciated. Flat was lovely and clutter free. Sofas uncomfortable and a bit of dust around but we werent there very much. Perfect location right on chinatown. A little noisey until around midnight but very peqceful until 8am sunday morning. Very short walk to bullring. Tescos 1 minute walk. Parking great once we watched the video. Pick up/drop off of keys fantastic. Will most definatly be staying again as our daughter is in Uni so ideal for us to have a weekend with her.

Shirley was welcoming host with excellent attention to detail. We would not hesitate to book again and would certainly recommend it to other guests.

Michael was very responsive, I had a small issue with the shower not turning on but I called him and he walked me through fixing it, which took a minute at most. Comfortable and well designed for the small space, It had all basics needed for cooking, Clean and easy check in and check out process. We'll be back!
