Tranquil and beautiful rural surroundings, part of a lovely country cottage home, all you need, whether you are relaxing, using as a base for work nearby, or vase for visting the area it meets all your needs.

Accommodation without great pretensions, but I had a pretty clear idea of ​​where I would stay, so no surprises. To improve the cleanliness, dust and cobwebs... it is not a problem for me but it may be for others. Clean and comfortable beds, clean and soft towels with a certain smell of fried food... Fantastic bar and restaurant, good and abundant food. Large terrace and parking, it is in the center of the town, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I stayed during Tanks Trucks and Firepower, so I only needed a place to sleep, having that clear I would not mind repeating if necessary.

We had a lovely week away at the Hayloft and were blessed with beautiful weather too. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and homely with wonderful views over the countryside. We enjoyed days trips to Witley Court and Coombe Abbey, as well as discovering many of the farm shops in the area. Charlene was an amazing host. Always quick to respond and provided us with many recommendations for the local area. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlene's property and hope to go back again in the future ourselves.

We stayed here for a night after being at NEC for the day. It was the perfect place! Warm, cosy, and so clean. Zoe met us for check in, and had provided us (and the dog) with some goodies, which was hugely appreciated. The perfect spot for a cosy night after a busy day!

Vik was an amazing host. Accommodation was just as described, very comfortable and gorgeous! We had a lovely stay, and was amazed to hear about the history of their garden as a music venue! Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting something a little different! x

A little off the beaten track so to speak. Driveway can be a bit muddy however it's a lovely quite location with all the stuff you need to feel at home.

Sophie and Joseph's annexe exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice. The annexe is spotlessly clean yet extremely cosy. The furniture and decor is very stylish yet functional. The location is stunning! I particularly appreciated the card and chicken feed!

Absolutely fantastic spot! cannot recommend enough if your travelling to visit the Triumph Factory. Linda was extremely friendly/helpful letting us store our bikes in the garage overnight. We were greeted by her son on arrival who was extremely polite and welcoming. the studio was extremely clean. I have no doubt we'll be back in a couple of years after purchasing myself triumph

I stayed here for 2 days. the location was perfect for Stratford. Adam communicated really well, I had no problems with contacting the host. There were some lovely touches, such as snacks and some coke in the fridge. Very welcome after a 3 hour drive. There’s a lot of shops locally so easy to get some supplies in. Check in was very easy. There was a lock box to access the key. I wasn’t disturbed at all. I did have problems with connecting with the WiFi but it did me a favour to be out of reach for a couple of days. The bed was very comfortable and overall very clean and tidy. I did think the property was detached however it’s adjoining the main house and felt I had to be extra quiet to avoid disturbing the family. Overall, a pleasant stay. Thank you Adam

This was a repeat stay in this quiet, comfortable and extremely welcoming property- I always stay here when working nearby. Penny and Simon are excellent hosts and I feel safe, cosy and extremely relaxed when staying here. The accommodation is always spotless, the bed is very comfy and it is cosy and warm inside. There are always thoughtful and welcoming treats provided too! There are lots of excellent pub-restaurants locally (albeit a short drive away) and the countryside is beautiful and peaceful. I look forward to returning in April!

We had a great stay here ☺️ close to the train station which meant we could get around Birmingham very easily! The airbnb too was beautiful, with the log burner making it super cosy! Vapinder was a great host, & popped the fire / heaters on before we arrived which was really appreciated as we didn’t check in till late & imagine it might’ve been a bit chilly. Would absolutely stay here again ☺️

Myself and my husband had a lovely few days at Berrylodge. It was a perfect base to explore the surrounding areas. The town had some lovely pubs, and places to eat, we particularly enjoyed our curry at The Cardamon Indian restaurant, which was only a few minutes walk away. The whole place was beautifully decorated, and had everything you you would need. Check in was easy, and the place was easy to find. The whole place was spotless, and smelt nice, especially the towels and bedding, which smelt amazing!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would love to come back again soon!! 😊xxx

This really is a beautiful place to stay. A real retreat. Everything is very well designed, comfortable and very very clean. It was perfect for us - two couples who wanted a quiet, comfortable and relaxing break. Lots of light shone through all weekend. Everything has been thought of. very easy to walk through the park into Leamington itself. We would absolutely stay here again. A small point - The retreat is at the bottom of the garden, and to reach it, you need to go through two doors and down a path. At the moment, this wouldn't be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, but they plan is to make it so.

Only a short stay as we attended a wedding near by. Wish we had booked longer. Beautiful place. Would 100% recommend

Fabulous stay, the Barn was spotless and beautifully furnished to a high spec. Large and spacious but also warm and cosy. Really great touches throughout, Andrew has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and luxurious. The most gorgeous spot surrounded by snowdrops and nature. We visited Bradgate park in the sunshine which was perfect and only a short drive away. Really great we were able to charge our car too and the hot tub was brilliant. We were super grateful for the thoughtful treats that Andrew left to help us celebrate our 40th birthdays as well as the handy welcome package of essentials. The coffee machine with pods was a massive bonus. We enjoyed using the duck food that was provided too! Andrew was really welcoming and on hand if we had any issues. Thanks again Andrew, we’d love to come back

The place was great, cosy and modern. Kept to a really clean standard with all amenities one could need. Kerry was very good with communication and always helpful. Definitely would recommend!

The Lobin is a serene and beautiful place to stay. The bed is very comfy, and the Lobin itself nicely presented with a homely and rustic feel. You get your own section of garden complete with birdsong throughout the day. Kevin and Ruth were pleasant and responsive hosts who made me feel welcome; I was left to enjoy complete privacy but with the assurance they would be pleased to help should I need them. Thanks for the great stay!

The Nook was a spacious,bright and sunny accommodation. We loved the fact that it was filled with sunshine later in the day and we were able to watch the sunset from the huge windows. The kitchen was very well equipped. The position was great for visiting the glass museums in Stockbridge and the Black Country Museum. Also close to the Clent Hills, Severn Country Park and Kinver Edge for great wallking. We enjoyed our visit and would recomend it to others.

Such a lovely stay. Everything was immaculate and this really is the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! There were so many thoughtful touches around the place which we truly appreciated and hope to stay again in the future. The hosts were very friendly and we felt welcomed. The bedroom set up worked perfectly for our young family too!

Great studio apartment to explore the north Cotswolds from. Stunning setting, comfy bed, great shower.

Such a lovely little place, heating was on for when we arrived so was nice and warm. Everywhere was super clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook a little meal and cleaning products were provided. It’s a cosy little space which we found perfect for a chilled night in. Would recommend & would come back :) thank you so much !!
