Location, location!! This house was very homely, clean, great garden, very well equipped - even down to the coffee machine. Comfortable beds with nice linen and great shower. Easy access to motorway, Solihull town centre and brilliant pub just a 5min walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

We had a beautiful stay at Alison’s place. Everything was exactly as described. It was pristinely clean and cosy. It is a little hard to find as you may miss the turning but overall a really good stay. I would definitely stay again. Alison was fast to respond to any queries we had and very responsive. We loved that the area was in the countryside away from the hustle and bustle with the little goats roaming around and the beautiful horses.

The accommodation was great, clean & the hot tub outside really sets it apart from other places. Would definitely stay here again.

We are so grateful to Richard for his hospitality and beautiful home. My family and are were due to leave London within the hour and our original accommodation cancelled. Richard communicated with us so well, and was flexible in allowing us to check in a little early given the circumstances. Lovely property, very warm and homely, was great also that our dog had good garden space to stretch his legs. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here!

Great location for us to visit our daughter in Kings Heath. Everything needed had been thought of. A nice touch to supply cereals, croissants, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Clean, cosy in a pleasant neighbourhood. Lee is a friendly and attentive host. We hope to come back.

We had a fantastic stay over the Easter weekend. The attention to detail was spot on, lots of extra touches, including cakes, Prosecco, bread, milk and even banners for my birthday!! Thank you 🙏🏻 The garden area with hot-tub and wood burner were one of the main reasons for choosing here and they didn’t disappoint. All undercover and private, the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Ewe & Lamb, a 5 minute walk away, although not cheap, serves excellent food and the Queens Head is worth the 20 minute walk on a sunny day, to sit by the canal. Emma and Ian - thank you for a wonderful stay and giving us lasting memories of a big weekend 🥂🎁 We would definitely love to stay again! Paul & Steph

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was booked for a colleague travelling from China and working in the UK for 3 weeks. We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

Belinda is an amazing host and her place is probably one of the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. Not only how tidy and beautiful the place is, but also it is one of the most equipped: all the basic cookingwares, ingredients, tea, etc...everything we need that we can easily find, so we can fully just enjoy our time there without felling like we are moving house over the weekend :) The farm is fun, loads of sheep, horses, a small goat and few dogs, but they are not loud at all. Flowers are everywhere when we visit and it is just so peaceful.

An incredible escape- cannot recommend this place enough!! Gorgeous location and surroundings. The accommodation was done to a beautiful standard and was spotless! It felt like we had the entire grounds to ourselves- so peaceful! We had a great time paddle boarding on the lake, followed by star gazing by the fire with marshmallows from the care package jay had kindly provided. My husband and I stayed last weekend for his birthday and it was so needed. It was stunning, tranquil and beautifully laid out. Everything we needed was provided. The bed super comfortable. The bath on the decking was the cherry on the cake. Emily was amazing, she gave us a lift up the muddy track with all of our bags and nothing was too much. We watched the sunset from the sauna, pure bliss. We would 100% recommend and would love to return.

Absolutely charming cabin in the countryside! Super clean and comfortable. John and Honor were top notch hosts and anticipated our every need from extra firewood and s’more makings for our many campfires! Bish, Bash and Bosh were so adorable and the peacocks were soooo beautiful (we’ve never seen a white one)! They gave incredible insight on the area and places to visit. We were lucky to be invited to their BBQ and meet their amazing family! Highly recommend!
