Vacation rentals with a hot tub in County Durham

Paula’s place was beautiful. Perfect for a group of friends with small children - the kids loved the sheep at the bottom of the garden and playing on the climbing frame. The hot tub was great for us adults in the evening The house is very well equipped with anything you need to cook for 10 people and plenty of glasses etc and plastic ones for outside Paula was really helpful and gave really clear instructions for everything we needed. The beds are super comfy and the bathrooms beautiful! Thanks so much we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. Nina had thought of everything for our stay. The house and garden were amazing, even better than the pictures, and there was so much space for our large family gathering. The beds were large and comfortable with luxurious and scrupulously clean bedding. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. The bbq seating area was lovely and relaxing in the sunshine. And the fun part of the property, the games room and hot tub courtyard, were splendid. Couldn't have wanted for more. Thank you!

Mark and Sarah are fantastic hosts. Their communication in advance of our stay, the kind and thoughtful welcome gifts, including a birthday card for our grandson who's birthday fell during our stay, a helpful information pack with instruction manuals and details on the local area and they were super responsive to any queries we had during our stay. The house itself is just amazing, so spacious it was the perfect place for us to get together as a large family without feeling on top of one another. It was immaculately clean, decorated for Christmas and had the kitchen of dreams. We'd love to go back when the weather is better so we can enjoy the fantastic outside space. It was the best property we've ever stayed at as a family.

Pictures don’t do the place justice! Couldn’t recommend enough, such a cosy relaxing couple of days away. Loved all the little details in the cottage that made it so homely!

Great house, me and some friends have just got home from our stay as we dont see eachother often we thought we would book this for the weekend to see everyone, house was as pictures show, clean and tidy, plenty of dishes and cooking utilities, easy to check in, overall we all really enjoyed our stay

Following a visit for a friend’s wedding I feel like we may have discovered a little Gem! This was probably the best AirBnB and host I have used across the country. Deb and Stuart both always responsive and attentative (Even going out of their way to lend some cuff links for my dad who had forgotten his!) and their place is a straight 10/10. Everything you could possibly need for an amazing stay, immaculately clean and tidy and the hot tub was perfect. Wonderful and peaceful with great views of the castle ruins and even a small river at the back of the property - very serene! I can’t recommend this highly enough to anyone thinking of booking, brilliant!

Perfect for a relaxing weekend away with incredible views from your door. The hut is well equip with everyone that you need. The hot tub is one of the best we have stayed in. Jane is such a helpful, friendly host. We loved it that much this was our second stay!

The cabins are beautifully decorated and immaculately cleaned. They have all the amenities you’d need for a cosy weekend away in the dales. Only a short drive from the lovely market town Richmond with lots of local walks and pubs. The hot tub was fantastic with the staff showing you exactly how to use it. We also took advantage of the amazing sauna with the most gorgeous view of the Dales. Can’t fault the experience and would highly recommend to anyone. We will be back!

Angus and Leigh’s place was just as described and we had an amazing stay. Despite our arrival being a bit later than planned Angus still came and greeted us on arrival and was so helpful, responsive and friendly. We had an amazing time and felt very welcome and comfortable throughout. Angus was extremely flexible with arrival and checkout times, which made our Anniversary trip even more relaxed and the hosts went all out even giving us a little welcome treat with a banner and a drink 🥂 We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to booking again sometime in the future. Stayed 2 nights in the Ash lodge. Very welcoming and friendly. Most beautiful views and surroundings felt great to kick back and relax. Will most definitely be back in the summer to enjoy our time again. Massive thanks for Jonathan and Allison for a lovely weekend 😌

Perfect get away for my wife, me and 2 month old baby. It was very clean, great quality, worth the money, very quiet area. Reasonable price for the room, hot tub was amazing.. temperature was 40s, literally the best hot tub I’ve been in and I really know my hot tubes. I can say this place was my best experience.. I’ve been to many places such as Dubai, turkey, places in Europe too. Host was amazing, told her about my new born and she made sure we had a baby cot in the room, that was before we arrived too. So very organised. Also the Christmas tree in the room was a very nice surprise and very welcoming. Thank you guys, we will be back soon ❤️🙂
