Vacation rentals with a pool in Cotswold District

Myself and family enjoyed our stay immensely, the private location and huge garden for our dog was fantastic, we had loads of fun in the swimming pool and playing table football outside, would highly recommend and would stay again.

What a fabulous place to celebrate my wife’s birthday with 3 other couples. So much room, spacious kitchen and drawing room, conservatory and two more rooms we didn’t even use! Added bonus was a lovely pool and hot tub overlooking g beautiful rolling hills.

We had a fab family weekend at Lesa and Laurence's place. It's a beautiful location with plenty of outdoor space to explore and enjoy. The house has real character and the hosts were really helpful.

The host graciously accepted a very last-minute 5-night booking and jumped on making arrangements for our stay. The property was very clean and tidy and exactly as described. Everything worked properly and the host provided detailed access and parking instructions that were invaluable. The Estate is very peaceful this time of year (December) and we had near-solo use of the Spa facilities and on site restaurant when we wanted them. As a dog-friendly property a secure/enclosed rear space would be welcome, but the private Estate no doubt has limitations that might make this hard. Bear this in mind if your dog tends to wander or head straight into the Thames! You’ll need to remember to keep them on a lead/line in the rear garden. Note that there’s plenty of off lead space next to the lake a couple of minutes walk away actoss the road. We re really enjoyed the wood-fired hot tub, which was easier to use than expected, and we made use of the car charger - both are perfect additions.

Perfect place for our active group of 5. Easy to walk to restaurants, cafes, places of interest and great to return to a cosy home with treats provided by our host... brownies, breakfast items, and basics. Wood burner was a treat as it was a blustery weekend. Would love to return in the summer!

It was calm and peacfu. Easy to walk arround, plenty activty available. Really enjoyed my stay. The roof top make it unique from most airbnb. Just be careful of the duck poo on the grass when open the French window. Little attention is need on that specially if you go with kids. Overall it was a good stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kingham. The house is spacious and beautifully warm, especially in the windy cold of December. The village is picture postcard perfect. Lots of easy walks from the house, which was great for the dog. Dog friendly pubs and the most wonderful cocktails, Peter says the beer was good too. An easy, but muddy , walk to Daylesford. We had everything we needed at the house and would happily stay again. Thank you

Lovely property, met our needs well for a large family get together with young children. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous views. The site itself had all we needed for a great weekend and we added shooting and archery at Cotswold Range next door which was within walking distance and fab afternoon. The spa on site was lovely and the outdoor pool fresh! The kids loved the indoor pool. The on site restaurant was great for our first night there. All in all fabulous.

Incrediblly attentive host who was easy to contact. Well equipped apartment with everything you need for a lovely stay, including homely touches. On arrival amazed by how spacious and well decorated the place was, even better than described. Would happily return and highly recommend

We had a great stay, greeted by Kate who showed me into the apartment. After that we were left too it & it felt private & comfortable, like home from home. Had everything we needed, the apartment is lovely. Would definitely stay again. Thank you x

One of the best and most unique AirBnbs we have ever stayed at. The space was lovely and every inch well-designed. The interior amenities felt luxurious and refined. Georgina and Crispin made us feel right at home. They even let us borrow tennis rackets and let our son feed their pet sheep. All in all a great experience in a peaceful countryside location. 5 stars - highly recommend.
