Monthly Rentals in Costa Verde

The photos of the stay match perfectly. The house is very cozy for the 2 people we were there. It has two radiators, there was always the house with a good temperature. We loved the terrace it has and its beautiful sunrises. Concepción is a nice woman and very attentive that there is no problem on arrival and during the stay, and we loved the details she left for us. Also give the recommendations if you need them and provide everything you need. Lastres is a very beautiful village and with a lot of charm, most importantly, that there is space to park. Ideal for a romantic and rural getaway from the city.

we had a beautiful stay! The ideal location, quiet area but with many activities to do. Parking available nearby. The house has all the necessary amenities, well equipped, clean and with functional spaces. We definitely recommend it!!!

I got sick and couldn't come on the scheduled date, agreed with the host on another date, they came to meet me! I really liked the view from the onk, it's just incredible! The place is very quiet, the apartment was warm in January and February, I almost didn't turn on the heating! Very kind and responsive host!

Excellent accommodation. Very quiet Casita in a very natural environment. With the necessary features to make sure nothing is missing. Host of 10 always making sure we didn't miss anything and recommend us perfectly. I would definitely repeat or recommend it if someone has to spend a few days in Asturias!
