Vacation rentals with beach access in Costa Verde

Highly recommended. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nice. The perfect location, very close to downtown. Alba is very friendly and very attentive to everything we could need, recommendations, doubts, etc. We would definitely repeat!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was in an excellent location, just steps from the beach. Nicolas was an amazing host who always responded promptly. We had trouble with our car, and Nicolas helped us by calling the repair shop and translating for us, as we struggled with the language. He was also helpful and flexible with the checkout. We are incredibly grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this place. Thank you so much!

We spent five days in this beautiful house, it's the same as the photos. No deceptions. It's a small house, close to everything you need. Being in suances you have a lot of place nearby to visit, Santillana del mar, San Vicente de la Boquera, Comillas.. It has a garage with no increase in the price, with direct access to the house. The house is clean and tidy. It has everything you need. Dining. Sabanas, towels, hairdryer, and even America leaves you some basic feeding stuff milk, turkey, cheese, coffee, fruit., ( this I've never seen it before) is a GREAT point. Since so when you arrive the first thing you have to do is go to enjoy no shopping! America is available for whatever you need and gives you recommendations for everything you can visit and where to eat or dine! I would definitely withdraw. It was a very wise choice. The price was within what is stipulated compared to the rest. If you don't know which one to choose. Choose America.

It was a last minute decision, and Manuel's response was very quick. The apartment was true to the photos, very clean and tastefully decorated. Next to the beach and close to leisure venues. No noise, so it is ideal to rest. If we come back to the area, we will definitely contact Manuel again

Comfortable and functional apartment. Spectacular views from the living room and room, gives a lot of value to the stay. The apartment block is accessed via stairs. very quiet neighborhood with option to park next door. about 200-300 metro to playa, with slope, but close. José Antonio is super friendly and attentive, with clear directions and responding very quickly. If I could I would give a 100 out of 10!!! The house is wonderful, cared for and decorated with exquisite taste. Sea views, beyond imagined. No lack of detail and is equipped with absolutely everything, but also with nice and quality items…starting with the cotton and toilet linen, impeccable and comfortable. Beautiful and comfortable furniture and there are no shortage of details such as blankets, tablecloth, glasses and everything you might need. The excellent and complete menu… with a beautiful tableware and ceramics, nothing is missing. Everything you need for kitchen and toilet. Excellent cleanliness And of course, the magnificent personal attention of Patricia and Nuria, with immediate response and kindly attending to all our requests and facilitating a stay that could not be better. This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

It was one of the best houses we have stayed in. Very comfortable house, intimate and close to the beach just 20 minutes. My husband and I have been with our dog and we have enjoyed it very much. There is no but… everything has been phenomenal we will definitely repeat!

Very nice and spacious house and very nice see view. Close to all amenities of Liencres, which we also liked a lot. We had really enjoyable stay there, short, but really nice.

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

From the first moment we felt at home, the communication was extraordinary before, during and once the apartment was abandoned. To highlight the sympathy of Raúl who received us and gave all the necessary directions as well as Laura who was attentive at all times and also facilitated Asturian places of interest. It's the cleanest and most tidy apartment we've been staying in on Airbnb and we would definitely repeat. We recommend the tortilla sandwiches from the bus station just across the street from the accommodation and they are ideal for breakfast at the accommodation . The accommodation has seemed ideal to rest comfortably on our vacation as a couple in Asturian lands.

Pilar's house is wonderful to spend a few days disconnecting near the beach. Pilar was very friendly and pleasant throughout the stay, offering to face any problems we could have. The house has all kinds of amenities and is designed so that you don't miss anything during the time you are there. We will do it again as soon as we have the chance!

Apartamento with an amazing view, it certainly has the best picture. It is very well equipped, comfortable and clean beds, kitchen with lots of utensils and fully equipped for babies and children (Stoke bathtub, changer, kitchenette and even stool in the bathroom to wash the handles). The temperature of the apartment is very nice. The location is perfect, it has everything nearby. Parking for the car for 15€ daily in teleparking, in 10 minutes through a pleasant walk you are in the center and for the beach you only need to change sidewalks. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

The apartment is very spacious and was very well equipped. The parking was a very positive point as it is very difficult to park in summer in the area. The only drawback we found was that in the portal there was a section of a few steps that forced us to carry our baby's cart when entering or leaving.

We have been my children , my husband my dog and I and we were delighted, Ana is wonderful , always attentive to everything and very nice , and the apartment is great , you have everything you need and you are 15/20 minutes from everything , there are many things to see , the gastronomy of 10 is the north , the beautiful beaches all , that of the cathedrals is a wonder , and then the forests, beaches, towns, shops nearby, pharmacy, we will repeat we are addicted to the North is beautiful and Ana a super host .

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
