Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet environment, much better than the photos reflected. It had all the necessities in addition to being spacious and very spacious for 9 guests. Highlight cleanliness throughout the entire house. Eva took care of us from the first moment with the utmost kindness and explaining everything we needed. Definitely highly recommended for the accommodation and by Las Caldas. We went for dinner at El Recreo de las Caldas, restaurant very close, another place to go. Maximum house and host score.

The house is great! With a very cool design and decoration It has wonderful views! Everything is very nice and very comfortable! Very quiet area and close to the village of Figueras.

We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was lovely, just next to the harbour. We enjoyed the afternoon/evening sunshine on the patio. The local beach was absolutely great and we spent lots of time exploring, swimming and body boarding. Lots of nice restaurants and bakery’s. We would definitely come again. Our stay was very comfortable and Rafa was an excellent host. The house is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed it in the large garden and terrace it has. With everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is a super quiet area and very well located, easy to park. We had a very good vacation in Proaza thanks to this wonderful home. Apart from having very nice views of the valley, it has next to the most necessary services such as supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, health center, restaurants as well as privileged access to the path of the bear. Cesar's place is great, extremely clean and not far from the center of Oviedo. We really enjoyed staying there, probably one of the cleanest Airbnb apartments we've ever rented. Cesar is very responsive and friendly.

Susi and her husband who were the ones who contacted us were lovely. They gave us recommendations on how to move around the city in addition to providing us with the number of taxis. Super responsive people and the place was spotless. A place to stay that's worth it.

We loved the apartment, since we entered through the door that seemed very cozy with simple but detailed decoration and with everything we need for our stay, until we left with sorrow for not being able to stay longer. The host was pending at all times giving ease of time on arrival as in the solution of any issues that arose and very friendly in recommending us where to eat. I would repeat at any time.

One of the beat hosts i have encountered in my travels. Always checking we were doing fine and recommending places to visit and eat. The place is truly a homelike feel.

The house is really lovely, with very nice details. My kids felt immeatelly home, and so did I. Oviedo is also a gem, with many nice historic monuments. The quality of staying in this house, would make us book it again. I can recommend it to stay there.

This little place is a gem! A simple and functional modern renovation in an old building in the heart of the old town. Large floor to ceiling windows in the living room bathe the place in light. Both Ana and her caretaker were very responsive. The place had everything two people needed for two weeks, including linens and kitchenware and a very comfy bed! We were lucky the downstairs bar was closed during our stay, because we enjoyed quiet nights. Those wanting quiet nights should note there are two restaurants downstairs that could be loud during high tourist season. But this is no fault of the apartment- and perhaps you would welcome the street energy. Ana provided great instructions on supermarkets, things to do, etc. The apartment is very well located in the center of the old town. Five stars!!

Jenny is a friendly and welcoming host. Her home cooking is excellent. Appreciated the organic vegetables, home made preserves and locally sourced cheeses. The location is exceptional.

It was a very pleasant stay. A host of 10, Belén, was kind, always available to help us and very close. She had the detail to give us an invitation from her exquisite orange and cider cake. Very close. It made us feel right at home. 100% recommended.

Very nice place and very nice guesthouse in the mountain, a little difficult to access but once "perched" up there in the traditional attic transformed into a beautiful room, we are happy to have arrived so far!

Consu was very kind and flexible respect for check-in. The accommodation is located next to a road. The surf camp for rent tables around. The beach 5 blocks from the stay. The rich breakfast, with breads, cereals, ham and cheese. varied.

We had an excellent stay at La Casa de los Miradores located in a riverside village. We were looking for a place near Santander that offers a richer experience than the typical hotel stay. This property was perfect! One of the best things about this house is the namesake “Mirador”, a glass enclosed sitting room that makes for an amazing place to enjoy the views of the rolling hills. We stayed on the upper level which gives you a lot of privacy since you have the whole level to yourself with an open “yoga area” plus a private bedroom/bathroom. The main level is available for use and features a gourmet kitchen and living area with doors that open to the lawn. The other highlight are the hostesses, Pilar and Isabelle. They are fun and easygoing. Isabelle is a native Cantabrian and can give you tips on local sites, restaurants and day hikes. The location is perfect - an easy day trip to Santillana del Mar and all the gorgeous beaches. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.
