A very beautiful place, quiet, clean and with all the necessary amenities to spend a few dream days. Very rich and varied breakfast

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Clean rooms, cool architecture, good food, great location.

My family and I arrive late, around 10:30pm but the manager was very helpful on giving us the instructions to self check in on the property. Our room was the #2 above the building and was very clean and nice! The views at night and also the good looking and comfortable inside was absolutely stunning for us. I really recommend this place !

We found the place charming, very clean, just as shown in the photos. The hostess welcomed us very warmly, the facilities were clean and beautiful. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended. We are very grateful to the host and look forward to returning in the near future.

The place is awesome! It’s got a great vide, love the pool, and it’s a short walk to the beach. The room is super clean, and comfortable. The place has a great laid back vibe. Ryan is an awesome host! He’s a big surfer and has a bunch of surfboards to rent at a great rate. He also has a quad to rent too. He’s super responsive with anything I need. A lot of the people have come back year after year here. And I am definitely coming back next year! I couldn’t recommended enough.

Abie’s place was just as described in a beautiful and serene location! The beds were comfortable and the patio was so peaceful to hang out at. The hotel staff was amazing and so attentive to our family! They were extremely hospitable! The amenities offered were great!

We had the best 7 nights here. The location is great, just off the main road so it felt secluded yet only 5 minutes to all the restaurants. All the staff, Oli and Emilie were so nice and helpful. Our room was large and had everything we needed. We recommend having their breakfast, it’s great value and good! We felt relaxed throughout, and there is a nice social area by the pool where me made friends with other guests. A nice community feel. We honestly loved it and would like to come again and bring friends. We also adored Emma, their wonderful calm dog ha!

El Manglar is the perfect and best place to stay in Playa Grande. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the location is ideal, and the price is affordable. I love that this is a place owned and run by Ticos. It’s nice to stay at the beach in Costa Rica where the guests aren’t just tourists, but also nacionales. Gracias por todo!

Amazing views . Only Stayed for a night but it was so peaceful and relaxing . Looks just like the pictures - pool was great . Sunset was beautiful . A little food place down the block had some good meals. We enjoyed our stay

We loved walking away at the hotel we were with a girl and we didn't need anything, we felt right at home. In addition to what they indicate that they have facilitate super useful things that you always forget to buy, such as coffee, sugar, salt, oil? among others. Everything is perfect signpost and as hosts Luis and Katie 10/10. Thank you for everything!

Very nice place to stay with kitchen, great bathroom, nice pool and terrace. The place is not so accessible yet and therefore less busy, even on the beach which is beautiful! Overall, it's a very warm climate in Avellanas. But overall very nice and Justin is a great host! I would definitely come back!!!

Cute little surf hotel. Walking distance to beach. Lovely amenities like the common areas with board games and complimentary coffee. Friendly staff.

Love this place! Have been back three times in three years. The staff is so lovely. The location is perfect to walk to yoga/spin/pilates at Bodhi Resort (their classes are open to the public and are some of the best yoga I have taken). Plus walk to Playa Giones for surf and resteraunts. It’s so peaceful. And breakfast is always good!

Everything was great and Stephan was amazing.

This place is beyond what you can imagine. Amazing view on the ocean, surrounded by a beautiful jungle and the beach is only few minutes walking distance (totally worth it!) The room was clean with nice furniture. David has been a wonderful host! Very kind and available at any time. Pablo, the guardian, was there at any time for any needs, caring and able to make everything perfect. They provided us with fresh fruits in the afternoon and yogurt, orange juice, eggs, bread and jam for breakfast. We spotted many birds (tucan included) and monkeys! There’s is the road nearby but the amazing sound of the ocean really covers up all the noise. We totally recommend it, stay as long as you can! :)

We spent 4 nights in the hotel Aurora, this one is very well located a stone's throw from the sea. We loved the city of Montezuma. Pleasant hotel with good vibrations, (pity that each room is its common area allocated, because not always very fair, it is according to the price paid) Pleasant but humid and noisy room because ours was right next to the reception + concert in the city every night. Recommended for those who love nightlife ☺️ ( Washing machine for $10 abstain😅) Have a nice stay.

Super nice place to stay. You can ask the staff about everything and they‘ll help you:) Nice place with the pool and yoga station. All in all very cute and comfortable!

Good place to rest, the beds are very comfortable and the A/C perfect, Alexia was very friendly and we felt very welcome.

He helped us find it. Best restaurant in the area, he guided us on prices, locations, transportation, very friendly.
