Monthly Rentals in Cortez

Michael was very responsive with any questions asked and also checking in to make sure we checked in ok ect. Great stay, the canal out to palma sola was a massive highlight for me on my paddleboard, I saw manatee every day and even had a curious one come up to me and push me down the canal on my board and in the bay I saw a baby hammerhead shark and a dolphin swam under my board. What an experience. Close to Anna Maria island for beach days and exploring the beautiful island and overall Just the perfect location for what we wanted and had everything we needed. Thank you again Michael and I hope to be back again :-)

Janette’s place was wonderful. The location was perfect, amenities extensive and neighbors so friendly and helpful. Janette could not have been any kinder and she was so helpful and made sure that we were totally happy and comfortable in her home. She was always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Her sweet beach retreat was just right for us and our small dog. Beautiful neighborhood for walks and located a mile or so from the beach and great restaurants and shops. We spent a month at her place and would absolutely go back again. Her place was welcoming and just heavenly and so was she! Thank you Janette!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and we felt spoiled staying there! Beautiful area and a short drive to the stunning beaches of Anna Maria island. Gina and her husband were very friendly and they even lent us some beach items for our kids which they absolutely loved. We’d highly recommend this location!

What a beautiful home. They met us in the driveway and explained everything. I will definitely be back.
