This is a very convenient area to stay in. 30 minutes away from LA and Anaheim. Easy check in and beautiful house. Hosted 8 people perfectly for over a week stay. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location and a comfortable beach house. Wonderful that surfboards, boogie boards, bikes and the like were included. Perfect for our casual family gathering with people arriving from around the country to experience a tasted of SoCal. Tyler was very responsive and flexible with things like our check-in time. We had a wonderful time and look forward to another soon.

It is a nice house in a peaceful neighborhood! We were glad Misaki let us stay here.

E’s place was the perfect spot for our little family get together. She was very accommodating and communicative. We enjoyed our stay.

Joseph made sure my family had a comfortable stay! The place was very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and clean. My dad, who hasn't left his house in over 30 years, had a lot of anxiety about being away from the farm but felt very comfortable during his stay here. Only recommendation is to wear house shoes. Tidy, comfy and cozy place we loved it and will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! Our three older children loved the bunk room and the toys. Our infant slept comfortably in the pack n play that fit nicely in the main bedroom closet. The listing says it’s 1.5 bath, but it’s two whole bathrooms, one upstairs and one on the main level. The walk to the security gates at Downtown Disney was about 12 minutes and then the walk to the park gates was only about 5 minutes more. The area is very nice, so walking was no concern. We will definitely be staying here again!

Said to park on property but felt my vehicle was too big to park in front leaving room for other vehicles to enter and exit. No street parking was allowed on Wednesday 7am-12. Door was very squeaky, and mattress was hard and squeaky. Mary’s place was really as described and I would stay again. Every thing close by from restaurants to Costco and Walmart not too much farther.

Anastasiya’s Place was a perfect location, not far from Disneyland at super cheap Lyft fares super private location no issues. feels very at home after the first night. I will definitely stay here again when I travel up for a Disney vacation. Thank you Anastasiya

This place was everything it was promised to be. Clean, comfortable and everything we could possibly need was there. The location was great for us, so close to the beach, to restaurants and to the supermarket. Pam’s communication was always helpful. There was even a list of recommended restaurants and lots of beach toys so we never had to think long about where to go or what to do. We found a playground just a block away. Our family can only hope to come back someday!

We were there to sail in a regatta at ABYC. Location looking out at Alamitos Bay was beautiful and the ability to walk to 2nd street was wonderful. Parking on the street in front was tight on the weekend days, but mostly open at night.

Great home in the heart of the Balboa Peninsula! Great access to taking a ferry over to Balboa Island for a day of fun. Great space for a family or a few friends with parking for two if needed.

Bruce's place was just a short walk to Newport Beach, in a lovely area and neighborhood. It was easy to find and convenient for getting in and out. Morning walks on the beach were magical, and the space was super comfortable and quiet at night. Bruce was great to work with—he even let us check in early and check out late. Highly recommend!

Great location with access to the beach. Very clear instructions for everything. Getting there and into the unit was very easy. Host was very responsive to our request for a lighter to the fireplace. Queen bed was a bit uncomfortable and I would recommend a new foam mattress and headboard but all else was very good!

Wonderful place, second time we have stayed there. Lots of sleeping options, house and backyard well maintained. Close to amenities and freeway. Would recommend staying here with large family or group.

The host was great at answering questions and very responsive. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The pool was a hit and the spa was perfect after a long day of walking at Disneyland. I would definitely come back.

Yan’s place is truly an Oasis. Very quiet, peaceful and away from all the noise of LA. Close drive to yummy restaurants in the La Brea area. The pool is aaaammmmaaaaziiing! Loved the size, very very clean and it comes with floaties. The place felt very comfortable like staying at a well cared for guest home. We loved the full kitchen, top notch appliances and very good clean filtered water and ice. The two bathrooms were a nice addition and the open space inside with the beautiful view of the pool made our stay so so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. Yan was very responsive, and so easy to work with, she made our stay very comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing quiet place in the LA area this is it. Easy reverse traffic into downtown and SoCal from this area. Place is surrounded by a beautiful massive garden, very tranquil and added to our relaxing vacation. Thanks Yan and Colin!

We had a nice time with our family. The kitchen was nice and clean. The hot tub was great. Lots of space for parking was good. Great location, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The kids liked the playground across the street.

The place was very spacious and had plenty of sleeping space for our stay. The pool and backyard were beautiful. It was a nice place to relax. They even have a lemon tree which was really lovely and smells amazing. The hosts were very communicative and answered all my questions. The kitchen was large with lots of space for cooking, but If you are planning on cooking for 12 people often you may want to ask if they have any specific cookware you may need. The pool table is a nice touch for entertainment and the tv is large and great for movies. Overall we had a great time. We would stay again.

Chuchu's place was perfect for my family, it is very spacious and it came with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we required, and the two living rooms helped a lot for folks to have their own space. The game room was great for the children and the adults! I would definitively recommend Chuchu's place.
