Armondo is an excellent host, quick to respond. About the place: This is a very large studio, attached to a similar unit. The building is behind a house so there is not much Street noise. I found it to be a very quiet place to recover after my surgery at the local hospital. It's a little dated but the price is reasonable. Kitchen has stove and refrigerator. There is a TV with Roku. Comfortable bed and pillows. The neighbors were very nice but the neighborhood is not the greatest. A great place if you want to go out all day and come back at night. Private parking space is a bonus. I recommend the place if you're in the area to visit Disneyland and other attractions.

Maria was easy to communicate with throughout the process. The place was clean, had all the amenities I needed, and easy to get to many places in Long Beach

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Lee’s place and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s in a great location, walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. The space is a great size with great amenities. Hoping to stay here again on my next visit to Newport.

Spent a month working at UCI Health and it was the perfect place to unwind after shift- it felt like home-not to mention how close it was. Chris was a great host and always responsive!

This was our second time staying at Sharon’s place, and we hope to be back again! The location is perfect, super walkable to shops/restaurants on the main street and steps to the water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, great host. We got in early, & he was flexible about us checking in a little early. Very clear instructions, comfy clean bed, felt like a nice hotel room. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10 great value for your money

A great place to stay, highly recommend! Super walkable - 5 min to beach and 5 min to restaurants/stores. Place was clean with nice amenities. Large outside deck was a great place to hang out in the evening. Would definitely stay again!

Need a cozy location to stay for the night and this place was perfect for it. Had everything I needed and had massive tv which was soo good. Fast responder and help me with unlocking the lock. For sure recommend this place if u need a place to stay :)

Super helpful and generous host. Nice, quiet, comfortable little place. They provided TONS of clean towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioners all topped up, even a brand new scrub brush at the kitchen sink. They also had tasteful Christmas decorations up, which was a nice touch. Only thing I'd note is they mention the garage is small. It's actually very small, and the street is super narrow. It's very difficult to park and to get in/out of your car. Definitely recommend renting a small convertible if possible. We rented a midsized sedan and it barely fit. That said, it's super nice to have a locking garage with the rental, and the garage is very clean, nice and convenient.

This was such a sweet cute little stay! Perfect for our trip of 4. This beautiful stay is 15-20minutes away from Disneyland & California Adventures A little more than an 1 hour away from Universal Studios. 45minutes away from LA *travel time toll free- we rented a car and it didn’t include the pass so we didn’t bother to take tolls. Quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood! Very easy to get to and instructions were crystal clear. The bathrooms is a bit small but our party and I were able to manage. I would totally book again if available upon visiting Disney parks.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Udo’s place for a little over a week and everything was great from beginning to end! Place was easy to find. Easy access. Upon arrival, the small radio was left on playing lovely music and some yummy treats. The pictures do this beautiful home no justice. We were able to park our small car on the driveway, which was great after a long day. The place is beautiful and welcoming and has everything you can ask for. Kitchen, living room area, great bathroom and comfy bedroom and lots of space for storage, access to laundry room and an absolutely beautiful garden. Many great areas to walk to as well! Highly recommend this amazing place! Thank You so much for everything Udo! Hope to be back one day.

This is the best apartment airbnb I ever stayed in the US. It is so clean that you could feel you are breath ing freely. The bedding linens are so comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. A full seasoning pots wall! I used the mixer to make my healthy smoothies everyday. There is a plaza with all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets just cross the street. It felt like home to me and my husband now. Nate was nice patient and helpful, best landlord we ever meet! Next time when we visit Irvine, I will definitely book this apartment again.

What a beautiful little studio space! We stayed here with our toddler for a weekend visiting friends and we were able to fit the travel crib in the walk in closet. There was a spacious bedroom, a big bathroom with a great shower, and little living space with a solid kitchen. We didn’t realize we would be sharing walls with others’ living spaces, so worried a bit about the noise of our toddler, but other than that, it was better than expected! Thank you for providing this beautiful home away from home!

Every review is spot on! Miraculous place. Absolutely unbelievable view and so convenient . Don’t let the area downstairs discourage you upon arrival. IT’S WORTH IT!! Will absolutely book this place any and every time I have the opportunity to when visiting LA! Parking was simple and easy! $25 overnight, nice attendants. This place was fantastic location wise. So many coffee shops and restaurants. Very safe location, quiet in home with lovely staff at the front gate. Convenient to have a parking spot available also and the elevators close to get you to your stay. Would absolutely visit again!

This was the second time we stayed at Jay's place. Jay communicated well and check in was easy. The location was perfect as it was a short drive to our son who lives in Irvine. It is close to shopping, great restaurants, and beautiful beaches. We enjoyed taking walks in the on site park and walking to the Spectrum for shopping. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. Thanks for a great week!
