This location was great for visiting family in Naples Island. Plenty of coffee and dining options within walking distance. Beautiful morning walks along the canals and waterways and great to be able to have our dog with us. Bill was a very friendly and responsive host.

Immaculately clean home located in a quiet, conveniently located neighborhood. The owner promptly responds to messages and provides clear directions regarding check in and the various supplies and features of the house. A pleasant place to stay.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood! The place was very clean and the host was very responsive! One thing to note however was that the wifi network had problems with multiple devices connecting to it. Our party was only able to get one devices to connect. It took awhile for us to be able to connect a 2nd device. After that, no other devices could connect to it. However, the host had another wifi network available.

This was our second stay and appreciate the space. It is clean, comfortable, peaceful and nicely decorated. The weather was nice enough this time, so we were able to enjoy the backyard space.

We had a family gathering in socal, and The Dutton Pad couldn’t have been better suited to our needs! There were even seasonal decorations to welcome us—it was a great stay.

Damon and Julio were responsive, and the place was lovely. Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to feed 9 people. The house was clean, roomy, and easy to access. having parking was a plus! highly recommend!

We evacuated from the Eaton fires with our two children. Hayden was extremely flexible and helpful as we navigated the following four days, offering a helpful hand when we discovered that we had lost our house and needed to extend our stay. He sent resources and well wishes and I cannot express just how comforting the home was for our kids. The backyard, the play room, the bunk room, the kids had a blast and we felt very safe and comfortable there. We cannot thank them enough.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making our experience even better. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Excellent location in the heart of San Clemente, close to many shops and restaurants. Very walkable! We would stay here again.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. What truly stood out was the host’s communication—so friendly, responsive, and helpful. Great location!

Drew’s place was perfect. It was very comfortable with nice furnishings in a newer constructed building. The unit and the property were really well maintained. The gym was well equipped and new. Working with Drew was a pleasure. He was communicative, responsive, and made my stay easy and pleasant.

If real estate is all about location, this is the right place. The unit is roughly 100 yards from the beach and 100 yards from the bay. It is small but exactly as described, perfect for two (plus our 18-month-old golden retriever). There is so much to do in the area, and you are about 1 mile in either direction from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and plenty more. We would stay here again.

Such a beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great girls weekend away. We were sad we had to leave. Everything was perfect including the friendly and helpful neighbor.

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

Super convenient to the beach! You could barely park any closer than what we walked - less than half a block. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Had all the amenities needed! Worked perfectly for us!

I would like to thank Kimberly for everything she has done. Her house is a great location. Our family enjoyed the stay and we highly recommend it. Everything is close by, the beach, the markets, the gas stations and all the restaurants.

My family loved it. It's very nice and beautiful decoration. We have a good time for family reunion and definitely will book it again if we come back to Little Saigon.

I cannot begin to express the wonderful time I spent in this lovely condo! The place was beyond my expectations, it was even nicer than the photos. Eve & her co-hosts were incredibly helpful & detailed about how to get to the location, as well as providing the most efficient way to get to Disney. I walked to Disney during my stay & entered through downtown disney, super efficient! The amenities provided were great & she had several fun activities for those staying with kids. Incredibly cozy and quiet space. I’m already recommending this place to my friends because of how great it was. Thanks again, Eve :)

Great place and pretty close to Disney. So easy with Uber to get to Disney. Well maintained and Krysta was very responsive. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Walkable to Anaheim Packing house with lots of food options.
