Even better than advertised !! So much to do nearby ! Friendly staff! Amazing views, great atmosphere m! Building is full of amenities to take advantage of ! Location is beautiful ! I would 100% recommend !! And will be back again to stay with Carla !!

It’s a really nice place to stay when you have two people traveling to Miami. The rooms are cozy and clean. Definitely will come back if we travel to Miami again.

Great place in a great spot!

The room was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our trip, which was for medical reasons. It’s clear the host has thoughtfully considered the needs of guests in similar situations, making the experience seamless and stress-free. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed and within walking distance of key spots. The host was incredibly responsive, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely choose this place again in the future. Highly recommend!”

Great stay in Hollywood beach! The view is spectacular. Additionally, the space is clean with a lot of space for my family of 6. All cooking staples are there, very helpful, when travelling with kids. Also, there is a lot of space to use for storage. The closeness to the beach and all amenities was ideal. Aside from Liliana’s place, to check in, you and your guests must arrive before the building office closes which is 5pm. A great stay with kids and amazing vacation.

Miroslava was an amazing host , very helpful and quick to respond. She was always there when I needed something and always delivered. The place was also spot on. Clean , great view and at a great location. Overall amazing experience.

My family and I felt right at home. It was clean and welcoming. Wish we had more time to enjoy the surrounding area, but due to prior family engagements kept us away. We will be back. Elliot is an awesome host. You will not be disappointed!

The apartment itself was quaint, clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. Whenever I needed to contact them, they immediately responded out. The apartment is near the highway, but was not a factor for me. You don’t hear any traffic noise when inside the unit. As for the backyard, I used it to wind-down from a long day. I other than the fridge, really didn’t use the kitchen. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, it had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

The welcome was very warm and pleasant and the apartment and garden are fantastic . A big thank you and to recommend without a second thought.

We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and felt very safe. WinDixie grocery store was only a few blocks away, very walkable. Pharmacy, few restaurants, and stores like Marshalls were also in walking distance. very convenient since we didn't rent a car. The house was comfortable, adequate and met our needs.

Nice space and backyard, about 1.5mi from the beach. All amenities are close.

My family of five had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. Lorena provided all the items needed to go to the beach. Which was great! Hollywood beach is about 2 miles away. Great location!

Seb's house is very nice and comfortable!We had some difficulty finding a parking spot but with the advice of seb we sorted them out.And, seb's house is very well equipped.The kitchen is not only cooking utensils, but also seasonings such as salt.The apartment is not only a washing machine and a dishwasher, but it is also equipped with dishwashing salt and washing pearls.Great place to stay!

Beautiful building, very clean, everything you could need from an apartment. Loved the bbq and pool area on the 6th floor. Only slight issue was the noise from the road at night but it’s to be expected in a lively city like Miami. Dani was a great host!

We absolutely loved our stay. From check-in to check out. We had a need midweek that need adressed and it was personally attended to. You will feel right at home. The place was pristine, location ideal, and very quiet in the apartment. We will be back again!
