Great stay! The apartment was sparkling upon arrival, and very nicely appointed. The views are fantastic, and the location is central. The pictures do not do this spot justice!! It is a lovely unit, and I couldn't have been happier there. I also have to mention how fantastic the hosts were. Above and beyond really. I had a couple of questions/ requests prior to arrival, and they got back right away, and were super nice and helpful in accommodating. I will definitely be returning!

Ben’s apartment had a view that’s breathtakingly beautiful where you can see the ocean, and the surrounding areas in full view with no obstructions. Place was clean and all glass mirrors and furniture. We were 2 couples and we enjoyed our stay very much. Very quiet place, and friendly people all around. We did not cook at all as we just walked to the restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The host was very friendly and personable her suite is beautiful and well layed out and quiet with an extraordinary view of the water and downtown surrounding area. I would recommend this place for rent for sure. The weather was nice and also she has a big balcony out of the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was beautiful and a well decorated suite overall. the suite has washer and dryer stove oven fridge freezer microwave dishwasher coffee maker and blender and a whole lot more to offer. we had a wonderful time there thanks for your hospitality.

What a really beautiful place. The building is on the beach and the views are wonderful. The service at the condo is also very good. One small note, there's a construction site next door. It didn't bother us but something to be aware of.

This is a fantastic apartment in a vibrant area with great amenities. Jason is a responsive friendly host always available to give assistance or recommendations when needed.

I had a wonderful stay, the apartment is clean, the furniture is beautiful and elegant, the apartment is quiet, the location of the building is excellent, everything you need is around you, the host was very respectful and quick to respond, an honest man, (highly recommended)

Very good area of easy access to everything and the host is very attentive

My only concern is nothing to do about the apt but the cleaning fees which should be reviewed by air bnb and a standard that is reasonable to both parties....i believe 5350 cleaning fees is way above the average,as we do most of the upkeep and the housekeeper only comes once on average for the full stay.

Recently stayed - nothing but 5 star. Host was always responsive and helpful even at late hours and was even flexible with our checkout times. Highly rated! It was an amazing apartment. Beautiful views, clean and as described. Walking distance to supermarket and other places. The spa was great. Would use again many times.

The check in and valet parking process was easy. The apartment had beautiful views. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious. The pool was clean and heated, and the bar made great cocktails. We were provided all the amenities needed to be comfortable in our room as well as towel and lounge chairs at the pool and beach. I didn't have my documentation about the property available due to a problem I was having with my computer, and Mike provided me with an immediate response with my questions. Only thing to be aware of, is there is a $250 refundable deposit at check in and $47 per day resort fee in addition to the amount for the room is listed per night, so you are aware. It was work it...Great place with a great experience.

We came to celebrate my birthday and the house was the perfect spot for my friends and I. The hot tub was a nice treat and the quick Uber ride to going out in wynwood was perfect. Would highly recommend the stay here.

Place was perfect. Visited Miami for the orange bowl and this spot was a perfect fit. Relaxing as can be. Excellent old Florida home with amenities. Tremendous experience.

Had a blast at this place, there was a lot of space for everyone and the neighbors were friendly as well.

Nissam was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond for our whole group. He was available for any and all questions we had and responded immediately. He was so accommodating throughout our stay. He allowed us a late checkout and even made special arrangements for a friend of mine traveling internationally who missed his flight. I can’t say enough good things about the host. Now to the house, it was perfect. The backyard is stunning- just like the pictures. The inside of the house is all renovated and brand new. It’s modern and the furniture is stunning and clean. Overall, my best experience with and Airbnb in Miami and I’ve stayed at quite a few. Location is perfect and price was incredible for what we got. 10/10

Nani was very quick in returning my inquiries. It usually takes about less than an hour for reply when I have a question or issue. Tha place is very well prepared. Although I would like to have more bather rooms since it only has two en-suite bath. The rest guest will have to share one bath. Little bit stretch for a house can max host 11 people.

We stay at this house for our daughter’s wedding weekend and it was perfect. The house was clean and it was the perfect family-friendly spot. Our host representative was Alex and he was amazing and gave us a prompt response. We had an amazing time.
