Excellent stay! Clean, modern and tastefully decorated apartment…very big, more than enough space for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms! Fabulous pool and amenities. Hip and a skip to a lovely beach. Apartment is stocked with everything…from the kitchen equipment to beach gear and towels! Sandra is very responsive (almost immediately) and was helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend

We loved the location and it was so close to the beach and the walking path. Bed was comfortable and all of the amenities like beach chairs and towels were at the ready!

Great location. Neighbors is no problem enjoy your stay. Don’t forget to go outside and lounge in the sun.

Great for a short stay. Conveniently located in a good location, not too far from south beach and not too far from Fort Lauderdale. Place was spotless, great amenities , lovely pool area. Comfortable environment and will stay again if I’m ever back in Miami!

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Jonathan's apartment is great and as seen in the photos. The location is on a quiet street in a nice residential area. Everything was clean and check-in easy and straightforward thanks to Jonathan's clear instructions. The restaurant recommendations were great too. Thanks for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We had a great time with our two young kids at the apartment for the week! Everything was as described and easy to find. The location was quiet , at least whilst we were there, and is in a great location within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. We really appreciated Donna’s responsiveness on messages, the parking permit included , beach towels and bucket and spades which were well used on most days. Can recommend shaded playpark at South Point Park which also has a fountain / splash pad for any families with young kids. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a family trip to south beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s place. Nice, clean and roomy. Really well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels available. Beautiful balcony where we ate our meals outside. Very comfortable , secure and enjoyable. Would def recommend and go again. Thank you!

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

An amazing stay. The place was very clean and a close car ride to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The place also had all of the amenities we needed and served us well. I would definitely recommend staying at this place to anyone in the future.

My family and I loved Luis place. So fun to be right on the beach. We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the ocean waves. This is - a very a busy area and everything you need to close by.

We had an amazing stay! The views from every room are breathtaking. What could be better than waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean every day!? Aside from the incredible location, the size of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again!

Every year we stay at least once here, and it is a dream every time! I cannot recommend enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️

We had an amazing stay! Hosted a bachelorette weekend here, and it was perfect—plenty of space to comfortably sleep 9 women. Super spacious and absolutely worth it!

Beautiful Home! Host was very responsive and we truly enjoyed our stay. Pool had a gate which was not in pictures but we truly appreciated this feature when traveling with little ones! Clean, private, peacful, everything you need for a little vacay !

Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

Christina’s place is very welcoming and clean and is exactly as pictured. Felt like home to me. Perfectly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. She was very responsive for any questions that I had during my stay. Her place is three blocks away from my son, his wife and my new granddaughter. We absolutely loved our stay! The house had everything we needed and looked just like the pictures. That is always a relief when you get an air BNB. It was super clean too. The outdoor space was SO enjoyable. Kids played in the pool all day, we cooked outside, played pool and dominoes, and had a great time. The outdoor bathroom was very helpful so kids didn't have to go into the house from the pool. I personally loved the beautiful plants they had throughout the space. It isn't super close to the beach but for what we needed (a place to gather with family) it was just right. We had our dog with us and the yard was very well fenced with great privacy hedges so we could relax. Roxette and the team of hosts made us feel welcome. They even had some Easter decor which was cute. The team was very helpful and professional and they paid attention to details. I'd be super happy to rent from them again. Thanks guys for making our stay so stress free and enjoyable!
