Monthly Rentals in Condado Beach

I stayed a week at Lane's place and I found it to be a great location in Condado, a short walk from the beach, good coffee shops, and restaurants. It was very centrally located to explore Old San Juan and Santurce via short Uber rides. I highly recommend her place!

The place was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials—AC, hot running water, and a TV. It felt very safe and secure thanks to multiple locks, and the pool outside was a great bonus. The view of the Condado Lagoon was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better—everything was conveniently close by. Overall, I loved the stay and thought it was well worth the price.

We've stayed in this property three times and love the location. There was a hiccup starting our stay at check-in, but Alerianne worked to make it right. Short walk to the beach, and several good restaurants/bars in the area. Less than a mile to SuperMax/The House (grocery store/liquor store) and to Walmart if you want to save money over shopping for food/beverages in Condado. My only complaint would be that although the building does have a generator to provide power during power outages, which happen relatively frequently here, the building administration will only allow the generator to run for short periods of time. So, if there is a lengthy outage, they will cut power to the building to let the generator rest. This means you not only lose power, but you also lose water.

I have stayed in this apartment before and I always love returning. This place is cozy, clean and has the most breathtaking views. Host was always very responsive. Great place.
