The room was nice & clean with a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect. It is a few blocks from a swimming beach and close to several good restaurants. It was nice to have the swimming pools to cool off in the afternoon when I didn’t want trek to the beach. The place was calm & quiet at night. Overall an excellent experience.

We stayed here for 5 nights. With the beautiful views from the balcony we enjoyed its changing appearance at every time of day, in the rain and also loved the night time sounds of the coquis. The studio had everything we needed and actually enjoyed the lack of Wi-Fi to disengage. Nike is such a wonderful and responsive host who we enjoyed chatting with throughout our stay and was so helpful sending us links with information we were needing not to mention leaving a few snacks and locally picked bananas for us. And let’s not forget sweet Pedro his dog! The location is ideal - 40 minutes by car to Old San Juan and 30 minutes from El Yunque. All in all a wonderful and memorable stay and thank you Nike for making it great! Lesley and Brian

Beautiful ocean view right outside the balcony for a minimal couple staying here for a week. restaurant and bar with helpful and nice staff. Super relaxing vacation as a first time visit to San Juan/PR. Great peaceful and private/gated neighborhood. Beach was never crowded on weekends or weekdays. Would recommend for minimalist personalities.

My husband and I had a nice stay at Casa Ciana. Communication and responsiveness was excellent. Mr. Jorge from Casa Ciana gave us a very good directions for our late afternoon arrival. Thanks to his clear instructions, we didn't have any trouble to find the parking and hotel. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything inside freshly renovated and clean. We enjoyed the dinner at recommended by Jorge nearby restaurant called “Areyto” the Puerto Rican Cuisine, located just a couple of buildings from the hotel. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet We walked around and we felt comfortable. We had a good night’s sleep, and woke up feeling refreshed and rested. Parking was easy and safe as well. We’ll definitely be staying at the hotel again.

This was a wonderful stay! The price was a steal; the location and apartment were more than worth it. With a bus stop right at the front door, my friends and I were able to get to viejo San Juan and santurce free of charge, which was super convenient. Kenya’s home was wonderful, though I never received a response when posing a question about checkout. Besides that, it was a perfect stay!

We had a great stay at this hotel—it met all of our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Hotel El Convento was incredible- the front desk was incredibly responsive. Our room was spacious and very clean- we utilized a lot of the outdoor patio space on the third floor which was so lovely for your morning coffee or evening wine. The staff was always friendly and attentive and provided great recommendations! The location is clutch as you can walk to nearly everything. There are so many excellent restaurants within even a few feet of the hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous and felt private. 10/10 would recommend and would return to stay here!

The Red Door Inn is a wonderful spot. It’s tucked into one of the main side streets, so it doesn’t have direct traffic chaos right in front. It is clean, and the staff is on site cleaning and caring for the place all day long. And they couldn’t be nicer!! Absolutely wonderful experience, and I hope they maintain the building and rooms like this for a long time. Great restaurants within walking distance, coffee shops, ice cream, and all the basic necessities. It will be my first choice when I return to the island. Thank you to everyone that made our stay so pleasant!

Numero Uno Beach House is a beautiful, cozy spot right on the ocean. They have complimentary beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for guest and the staff is completely accommodating and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and I booked a room with an ocean view and fell asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean at night. I'd recommend this spot to anyone coming to San Juan to relax and unwind.

Great location (5 minute walk to the beach, close to lots of restaurants/coffee shops). It was nice that they had beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc for guests to borrow. Would definitely stay here again!

This has been my 2nd time staying at this property. I have enjoyed my stay both times. Check in and check were a breeze with my 2nd check in being able to accommodate a much needed early check in. The rooms are very grounded and spa like. You can't beat the location. My only advice would be to have your cleaning crew pay attention to the floors and bed sheets. I've found hair multiple times on both the floor and sheets that weren't mine. Besides that, it was a great stay and I'd book again.

Great stay, looked just like the pictures. Easy to find, host was very responsive. Walkable around Carolina and to the beach. The common area was very peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again!!! 10/10

This spot was perfect for one night in San Juan before catching a flight. Small but thoughtfully appointed and very cute decor. Lots of restaurants in neighborhood and super easy drive to airport. We unfortunately had disrespectful guests upstairs who were very noisy all night. We let Eduardo know and he was so wonderful with communication & made right by us. This host & location definitely deserves 5 stars. I’d happily book with him again.

The place was stunning. It walkable to the main part of old San Juan. Samantha was an incredible host. We were here while the island was out of power, and Samantha went above and beyond providing head lamps to guests for something that she couldn’t control. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was beautiful, centrally located and the hosts really made the trip for us.

It was a fantastic stay. As you enter the gate of the property, you will be welcomed with vibrant colors and a cute fountain. There is also a pool that you can relax in. I really loved the rooms and how clean they were. There are also terraces on 2 sides of the room. So, we enjoyed the mornings and evenings there. It is also very close to the Seven Seas beach. Claudia was very warm and welcoming. She made sure that we had everything we needed and honestly, we could not have asked for anything more!

Samatha's place was perfect for our quick overnight in San Juan. We had a rental car and really appreciated the public parking recommendations. We found on street (residential) parking, unloaded our belongings, and then went to park the car. Additionally, the courtyard was absolutely awesome! What a peaceful sanctuary!

Samantha's place is very cute and cozy! The location is a perfect short walk to the heart of Old San Juan's shopping, bars, restaurants and parks. It's on the top floor with lots of stairs, but the breathtaking morning and evening views are well worth it. Samantha has taken great care in providing all of the amenities you need for a long weekend. And, while the bathroom is not included in the picture line-up it is modern, clean, and well appointed. For the price, it cannot be beat! We would say again. Thank you, Samantha!
