Apartment vacation rentals in Condado Beach

This home is a dream. Everything is super close ( restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, souvenir shops). Although everything is close there is no noise problems we slept really well at night. My family and I had a great time on our first mother daughter trip. I’m really glad we picked this place.

10 stay. Comfortable apartment, better than the pictures. The bed, very good linens and pillows, and towels as well. The air worked great. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Good fridge and new. Chairs and beach towels Huge and new TV. The location and perfect views. Xavier was super friendly and made it easier for us to have a perfect week. Feel free to choose this apartment. No great luxuries but with everything needed.

Very charming studio right in the heart of Old San Juan…the space has character and I loved all the lamps and hanging lights. Hernán is super friendly (and funny!) and I felt right at home as he was showing me the room. He provides a great guidebook for bars and restaurants and was always available if I needed to contact him. Old San Juan is beautiful and this place is super close to everything. Definitely bring ear plugs, as previous reviews mentioned, because a few of the nights had loud cars/music going on the street pretty late into the night. Awesome stay!

Yes, it’s four flights of stairs, as described. They are short flights. But obviously it’s Puerto Rico so it’s very hot. For us, it fit our needs perfectly. Very close to La Placita and central to most everywhere we wanted to go in Puerto Rico. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Lots of items available to use while there, like towels. I only wish washer and dryer access was available. Be advised the second bathroom is very tiny. OK for kids, if you are traveling with kids give them that room, or good for someone very thin. The other bathroom is a nice big size. Rooftop was also nice, but we didn’t get too much use out of it. Just too much to do in the area.

My first time in San Juan and Pedro is very helpful on some tips and message me with details patiently . Even check in late ( mid night arrival , he still answer me very quick ) The place is near the restaurants and one of the beautiful ocean . For me, i took Uber to other places ( old San Juan , the tour shuttle stops and airport ) which are all nearby, so it's all within 5-15 USD . Will recommend for short stays . ( I didn’t go to two islands and East side or west side , just for people reference ) I am traveling by myself , and I would suggest to come with a few friends living here .

Place and host were wonderful. Wish price was a little lower. But it’s a prime location and unbeatable host.

Axial's place was great. Conveniently located within close walking distance of the beach, restaurants and other hotels/nightlife. The outdoor space was as pictured and the host was very communicative with any questions or requests we had. Would stay here again.

I stayed here for about a week. The airbnb was close to everything walking distance to most places . Very quiet and safe . I’ll definitely book again .

Orlando ‘s place was the best studio I rented in Puerto Rico. It was easy to find when checking in and in close proximity to the San Juan airport, beaches, restaurants, car rental and scooter rentals. The wifi connection was great and a few different apps I can watch movies on. I really enjoyed the cosmetics and cleaning supply’s that came with the studio itself. The AC in the unit runs great. I have no complaints whatsoever, will rent this studio apartment in the future.

We loved the place; Eduardo's place was neat, very well organized and left nothing to be desired. The supermarket, restaurants, the beach and the museums were all within walking distance and after full day out, we always looked forward to go back to our place in Santurce. They are great hosts and we look forward to coming back.

Perfect place if you want to be near the airport and want peace. This location is quiet in a safe neighborhood close to the beach but away from everything at the same time. I really appreciated that the hosts had a few bottles of water when I arrived

The location was perfect for bars, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

This trip was great for us because it met our expectations and one of them was Amy's house. We were delighted by the communication and all the service. The house was clean, organized and well maintained, and above all, the location was very central and the neighborhood was very quiet. Thank you for everything, Amy. We will be back!!!

We were a family of 10 and this place was awesome. We are already talking about returning...we were able to see the water on both sides from our place..It was also nice having local bars within walking distance.. great time and our host was very accomidating

Chana was an amazing host! The apartment was so beautiful and the view cannot be beat, well worth the money I will always return to stay here. Chana’s personality alone would make me book with here again, she’s wonderful and the kindest person. If you are thinking of visiting Puerto Rico book with Chana you will not be disappointed!!

The place was perfect. Nice house in a classic Puerto Rican neighborhood. Very clean and he left the hot tub ready for us. He also had beach towels,a cooler,beach chairs, sunblock,mosquito repellent and cooking essentials. Loved it.

We had a great stay during our trip! We felt right at home, the location was great and the home was beautiful, clean and the bed was super comfy!

This was stay was amazing. Jhensen was absolutely amazing throughout the whole stay. He was incredibly communicative and provided so many recommendations for different activities and restaurants. He gave clear instructions for the Airbnb itself and even provided photos to help as well. He made the entire stay fantastic. On top of that, the apartment itself was beautiful with the most amazing views!

The location was great and close to a convention I was attending. Getting to and back from Old San Juan was very convenient with rideshare (and somewhat walkable if you're used to walking long distances).

Other than the instructions to get in, the stay was very comfy & enjoyable. Looked just like the pictures & i would definitely come back to stay again!
