Vacation rentals with a beach view in Conchas Chinas Beach

Absolutely stunning home! It was so beautiful and in a wonderful part of Sayulita. The only thing to note is it’s not in the quietest part of town so you do get some noise at night. It’s very close to the main area of downtown. The master bedroom only has a duvet cover and no duvet inside but the housekeeper probably didn’t know how to use it. They also do not appear to change the sheets every 3 days as advertised. Loved the private pool with ocean views!

We just got back from a week stay in Roberto’s beautiful home. It was two families - 3 children (ages 5, 7, 7) and 4 adults and we were so comfortable. The house is beautiful, the views incredible, the beds and linens so comfy, everything was so clean and just as described. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool and the hot tub and the adults enjoyed relaxing with the incredible view of the ocean and the town. We rented Roberto‘s Ranger for the week and another golf cart and were very glad we had these. Town is pretty close (about a 15-ish minute walk to the center…not a bad thing considering how crowded and noisy it is at night) but the driveway is steep and the ranger made navigating it easier. We took surfing lessons and went whale watching, but more than anything enjoyed long days on the beach watching surfers, while the kids played in the sand and surf. This week in Sayulita was a perfect reset to start 2024 and this house was the perfect jumping off point.

Our family of 8 adults and 2 kids had an incredible stay at Kiwi in Sayulita! The property was perfect, offering private spaces for couples and kids, as well as spacious communal areas for outdoor dining and poolside fun. We loved the privacy and security, and the location was unbeatable—just a 5-minute walk to the central plaza and the beach, so no transportation was needed. “The Dock” restaurant, just down the hill, became our favorite spot, offering great food, beach chairs, and amenities for only 150 pesos a day. A highlight was hiring Patty, a private chef, who prepared a delicious Mexican dinner with handmade margaritas upon our arrival. We also recommend pre-purchasing provisions for convenience. Other favorites included Zingarello for amazing Italian food, Mary’s for local dishes, the Chico Loco tour to Isla Marieta, Rose Yoga, and salsa at Don Pedro’s. ATMs run out of cash. Get Pesos from your home bank. Kiwi gave us the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa - it truly felt like a luxury resort! We stayed here for my bachelorette and it was the perfect space for 8 of us. We took advantage of the opportunity to hire the car service, the chef, the masseuse, and the daily cleaning service was beyond helpful and really elevated our experience. The rooms were not only aesthetically beautiful but contained everything we needed as well. Walking distance to town but still peaceful + able to hear the ocean from the pool and balconies... what more could you ask for? Patrizio & Mark, as well as the property manager Ernesto, were extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I was told multiple times that this was the best Airbnb any of the girls had ever stayed at. We had an amazing trip to Sayulita and in large part that was due to the villa. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Rustic beauty at its finest. Absolutely gorgeous location and awesome villa. Nothing but compliments to the staff of Villa Celeste. They made our trip extra special. They can literally accomodate any request you have to make your trip memorable. Ill be back soon!!!

The entire setup is great— a beachfront villa with a pool and multiple pools on the grounds — nicely heater and far less crowded than a typical resort. We had a great chef and staff. We went with the intention to explore, but the villa and grounds and staff were so great we really didn’t need to! Thanks Diego, Wendolin, Rosario and Jenifer!

Susan’s home was one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. She went out of her way to make us feel right at home and helped with recommendations during our trip. You can feel the love and care that’s been put into the property. The walk “down the hill” to the romantic zone is a steep 10 to 15 minute route but we loved it. Ubers were also easily available to and from the house.

Sarah and Karina were fantastic. Sarah got ahold of us and rebooked us a different location (The Park) due to maintainence at our original choice and it was great!! Sarah was very helpful throughout the process and it is much appreciated. Once rebooked at The Park Karina was very helpful. She made arrangements for our arrival and departure times and was helpful our entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Laetitia’s place! In a quiet neighborhood, clean, kid friendly. We so appreciated her responsiveness and accommodation!

We loved this place. Located a little away from the loud bustle but still close to the center. The sound of the ocean waves across the street washed away all our pre-vacation stress. The space was private, clean, well appointed, safe, quiet, and stylish. The only little bit odd thing is no door on the bathroom for more privacy. Would definitely recommend and return here.

Great place and stay! Overall 5 stars. Only critique I have is that the internet was frequently spotty and was great for remote working.

Todd’s place is absolutely amazing! I had such a lovely stay and Todd was a fantastic host. His place is gorgeous, from the decor in each room, the details in each space, to the spacious and beautiful deck that over looks the ocean-which is absolutely stunning, you will enjoy every minute of your stay. This exceeded all my expectations and I promise you it’s worth it! The beach club next store is wonderful and had great service. We enjoyed the kayaking, the gym access, the pools and ocean-all which are part of the building and stay. Thank you Todd for hosting us-we are already planning our next stay!

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.
