Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Conchas Chinas Beach

From the time we booked the apartment, James was in contact with us with helpful information for transportation and groceries and anything we needed. I felt completely looked after - like we had a personal concierge. It’s a wonderful service and extremely helpful when you’re in a foreign country to have timely information. Yelapa is a charming village with great vibes. Thanks for making our trip so memorable.

Ntra stay was incredible , the service of ntro host was very kind and helpful at all times. On the property they have maintenance staff very close by, who by the way were also very friendly so much that they supported us to go for a couple of garraphones. The property is very nice and clean of spacious and amusing spaces, as shown in the photos also has everything from cutlery to white. The beach club is 10 min walking and 3min by car, clean beach of hotel area, very nice. Without a doubt, I recommend it!

a nice place, quiet,clean. to improve I would only comment that the pool is warm almost cold and that I like another extra bed for 16 people is missing. everything else is excellent. Mr. Roberto is very kind and the cleanliness is excellent. I would definitely return. And if I recommend the house.

True to the photos in the app. Nice place, safe, quiet. Just as a suggestion, add some larger knives, a chopping board, details like that, just like some mirror in the bedrooms for the women who need to make up or comb. The host is always very helpful. Nice place

We spent a week at Ana’s place and it was great! Incredibly clean and comfortable bedding, felt like home away from home. Didn’t expect to get housecleaning services everyday so that was an added plus. I come to PV every year and if I was traveling with a big group again I would definitely rebook. Felt incredibly private and super spacious. Views to the ocean are a little obstructed from the properties right in front but it’s still stunning nonetheless.

Excellent place, especially because there is not much noise, ideal to disconnect, consider that it is 30 minutes from the Malecon, it has exit to main roads which facilitates the scrolling around the city.

I stayed at Casa Coco for two weeks, and it was a lovely experience. Oquitzin is a wonderful host, he provided timely communication and accommodated my unexpected travel delays with no issues. Oquitzin also provided several recommendations for local restaurants, and beaches. The Airbnb is the main floor of a two story home, it is very clean and as represented. It is in a residential area, so the noise is limited to regular neighbourhood sound, there is a school close by and there was a bit of construction down the block, but nothing that was ongoing, intrusive or loud. The suite, is a wonderful mix of of indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space is magical and was one of the highlights of my stay, it is fully fenced, so there is no issue with privacy. You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee, read or just soak up the sun and enjoy the birds. It feels like a secret garden and your own small piece of paradise. I would rebook in a moment. Highly Recommend

We have stayed in a number of Alexander's units at V399. The building and location are ideal for us. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. We had an enjoyable 2 week stay. Alexander was very easy to reach and quick to respond to any inquiries both before and during our holiday. Would definitely stay there again.

the condominium was exactly as described . We met Asminda to give us a quick orientation and property tour. the floor to ceiling doors are wonderful to open up in the evening no air conditioning required.. the local produce in the morning which is delivered on pickup trucks from local farms is amazing.. Get a good cellular plan and download Google translate engage the wonderful community. there's an athletic field 5 minute walk west of the property. the entire community comes out in the evening and exercise.... comes out here. make new friends.. the rooftop patio watching sunsets was a highlight. heated pool . we had a perfect stay and we will come back and recommend this to our friends. $10 Uber you're at Costco $10 Uber downtown you don't need a car.. the people in the neighborhood are so inviting. we hope to return in April of this year.

The place is just as described, everything is spotless! The home has everything you need to stay. The area is quiet. There are restaurants and shops nearby, even better if you take a car to move. I recommend it!

This is by far, the most beautiful, hidden gem i have ever found in Mexico! I have traveled to many many places off the beaten track here over many years.. Besides amazingly beautiful, it is peaceful, serene, charming, and very comfortable.. Ramiro and his family are equally beautiful. Helpful, friendly, accommodating and hardworking...such a pleasure to meet this lovely family. Yes it is rustic, and yes it is full of charm! If you require everything 100% perfect, this is not the place for you. If you want to experience spectacular views, the beauty of nature in the mountains, authentic living, and meet this wonderful family..you have my highest recommendation... I will be back!

Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.

Amazing getaway place

Our stay was amazing! We had a lot of privacy and it was the perfect spot for relaxing. The host was super nice and helpful. The place is immaculate. Victor was really nice too and set up a campfire for us. Would definitely go there again.

we loved the stay in this place, they offered more than expected, nice and pleasant experiences, they united us with them to spend new year together, they helped me in everything I needed, some things were missing in the room but by asking them right away they gave us, Janeth and her family as well as the guys of the place are very nice, friendly and accessible. my children were happy ahi and I with the comfort of knowing that they were safe, it was just great to have chosen their stay, a little withdrawn but equally served to know new paths. no doubt it is a recommended place both for the property and for the attention provided by everyone involved in the place. thank you Janeth
