Excellent for long stays, communication was amazing, everything was very organized and the neighbors were very friendly Bucerias 10 minutes or less and the beaches too, supermarket 5 minutes walk to stock up the pantry, the pool is very clean As an observation, the bathrooms and bedrooms needed cleaning, but we loved everything else, identical to the photos!

The place is very comfortable and very spacious for several people, the rooms are very well equipped and in the kitchen you can find all the basics for cooking. It is located in a very good place, there are many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner very close by and you can walk. Very kind of the person who communicated with me, he was always attentive to what we might need. From the beginning, the directions to the place were very clear and he always answered very kindly. The only thing I would comment about the place is that more towels could be added to the rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Bucerías! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. The home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy outdoor space. Pao was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a charming town, I recommend this place.

A simple but very comfortable accommodation has 3 bedrooms and each one full bathroom that we loved it, the pool is spacious and very clean, it is a comfortable place as a location since it is close to several supermarkets and beaches

Great location in Bucerias. House was very clean and comfortable.

Family of 4 had everything we needed. Walkable to town and playa manzanilla. Beds were firm and the pillows very fluffy/comfy. The room was comfortable for our stay but any longer than a week and it might be too small. Pools were nicely warmed but very chlorinated (at least more than I’m used to) We had a good time overall and would stay again.

Host are very nice , neighbors are friendly , area little noise and dusty because larger construction in front of the house ! It will better after finish countruction .

Had a wonderful time. It’s true that it’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk into town, but it makes for a peaceful stay. I work remotely and have lots of phone calls during the day and had no issue with my door closed making work calls without any Disruptions.

Very new condominium with new furniture, kitchen accessories, towels and linens. Frequent communication from the Beach Please property management simply to ask how we were doing. We were very appreciative of their proactive communication. Our unit was exactly like the AIRBNB photographs. Additionally, the building is very secure with a front desk agent able to help at anytime. Excellent restaurants within walking distance including one of Puerto Vallarta’s best grocery stores. The Versailles and Fluvial neighborhood’s have an abundance of great restaurants, coffee shops and a wonderful gelato shop 1 block from the condo.

The unit was as described and looked just like the photos. Easy access to the shared deck and pool, right outside your door. Great location close to everything. The host was quick to reply to any questions. I would stay here again.

Trevor is a great host! Very attentive and attentive at all times. He met each of our needs and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the stay. The place is beautiful, quiet, and perfectly equipped to feel at home. Our daughter was happy with the beach toys. Everything inside is of excellent quality and we appreciate it, from the bottom of our hearts. We would definitely go back

This place is amazing! If you are looking for a great place to relax and have access to PV. This is a great place to choose. Gonzalo Is very responsive and super helpful with excursions and activities to consider while visiting. The roof top is amazing!! The views are memorable and the staff is top notch! We will definitely be considering this place when we visit PV again.

Super place to stay .There are 2 entrances one you go by Uber the other has stairs 67.I’m not in good shape but it was fine I would stop a few times used it most of the time.The location is excellent your just enough outside of the action so it’s very quiet‘but just 5 minutes to be on a central street and 15 minutes to the beach.Omar is a fantastic host extremely quick to respond.Will definitely go back .Thanks again Omar

We loved our stay at Raul's place, lots of great places to eat nearby, Costco and La Comer a short walk, plus several small local shops for everyday fresh fruit and veggies, and other needs. We really enjoyed the balcony view of the mountains and soccer fields, when we arrived back in the evening we would sit on the balcony and enjoy watching local children and teens on the soccer fields. Kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Raul also supplied some beach umbrellas, soccer balls and boogie boards. Always room at the pool to enjoy the heat. We had requested chairs for the balcony, Raul was quick to respond and provide. We also purchased a small beach chair that we left behind for other guests to use in the future. Just a couple of things that could have made our stay a better, Raul might consider putting screens on the doors and windows. The 5 gallon water jug was empty when we arrived, might have been due to quick turnover of guests.

Great location, the place had everything we needed. Easy check in and communication. We already booked to come back.

Beautiful home in a great location. Diego, Los Veneros concierge, and his team at the condo were great. Javier’s meals were awesome and made meal time with two families and four kids, enjoyable, relaxing and delicious!
