Monthly Rentals in Colton

Nancy and Josh are great hosts. The apartment is very nice, right for 1-2 people. Location is peaceful but still close to highways. Next time in Colton I'd definitely try to stay with them.

You can tell Erica takes great pride in what she offers and genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort. My stay was smooth, peaceful, and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better space. I would recommend Erica’s place again and again without hesitation.

This was a perfect spot for me and my friends, the pictures matched exactly what you’ll be walking into. It was very spacious and clean. host is extremely kind and communicative, i would definitely recommend staying here.
