We had an amazing and peaceful time. We were looking to get away from the big city and enjoy nature and the outdoors, and we found that here. The place had plenty of space inside and out. The inside was clean and beautifully decorated and designed with 3 separate fireplaces being an extra enjoyable touch. We had such a great time that we would definitely book again in the future.

Beautiful home, neighborhood was welcoming and house was extremely clean. We were very comfortable and would def come back. Host communicated quickly and even got me in touch with the caretaker for my cleaning service

Joan’s place was cheery, comfortable, and clean, exactly like what was shown in the pictures. There were plenty of towels, cups, kitchenware, and everything we needed for our stay. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and straightforward. We didn’t need to get in touch with Joan at all during our stay. The house was very spacious and I would highly recommend staying here for couples and families alike.

Highly recommend this house! we had the best time. she was super accommodating, responded very quickly when I messaged her, and everything fit the description. we loved the star wars theme decorations and the amount of games and things to do were great! thanks for hosting us! :)

The Chavez Group listing was a very nice, clean and well appointed big 3 bedroom home with fully equipped kitchen and luxurious linens. We came in November and paid extra for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated. But the temperature never got warm enough to really enjoy. One needs a car to get to most amenities in Lake Havasu City.

Beautiful place in a peaceful, beautiful setting! Outdoor space was amazing- couldn’t ask for anything better. Host was very communicative and helpful. Great location to relax and enjoy Joshua Tree National Park.
