Highly recommend staying at this home in Breckenridge! The space is very well setup, the hot tub is lovely, the view from the living room and hot tub is stunning, kitchen is well setup and stocked with everything you need to cook the food you bring. It’s outside of downtown Breck so you don’t get the noise and you have privacy, but it’s easy to get there as well as other mountains to the north. Check in/out were easy and the place was easy to find. Having garage space in the winter was awesome, especially with space to put ski gear without messing up the house. Andrea was a fantastic host, very responsive to questions and helping us feel right at home. Every day our group went “this house was a fantastic choice” (and we’ve been coming to this part of CO for years)

This place is beautiful. It looks recently renovated, and everything was done with good taste. The Airbnb was stocked with all of the supplies we needed, including extra towels for the hot tub. The management was exceptionally responsive and helpful. When we asked about another pack and play they offered to get us one the same day. There are a lot of stairs as a heads up. It is pretty cool that they offer the free passes to local activities, but it is worth noting that you only get one free pass per day, so if there are two of you, one of you will have to pay. Still a really great feature and easy way to find out what’s available to do and save some money. There is no gym on the premises. It looks like the gym listed as an amenity is actually the local recreation center at which you can get a single daily free pass. The best part to me was some really cool, hiking and bicycling trails that are very nearby. The resort has a lot going on even in the off-season. it is totally beautiful and the drive in either direction is really pretty too.

It was a pleasure staying in Denver at this beautiful Airbnb for 7 nights! We were a group of 16 people and one dog, traveling from multiple states to visit CO for the week. Ryan was a great host from booking through check out! We highly recommend this Airbnb when visiting the Denver area with a large group! Our group enjoyed cooking meals, relaxing, exercising, entertaining, and connecting in Ryan’s thoughtfully designed Airbnb. We absolutely loved this property! It’s perfect for a multi-family mountain getaway, offering plenty of space and comfort. The layout was ideal, with bedrooms on all three floors and multiple seating areas for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the two dining areas made mealtime easy and enjoyable. The kids had a blast with the basement games and outdoor hot tub. The scenery was stunning, and the cozy, mountain-inspired decor made it feel like a true retreat. We’d love to stay here again!

This is our third year staying at R Ranch and it was another amazing trip! We absolutely love staying here. Ruth is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is fantastic! Awesome common space for a big group, plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer, and a fenced in back yard for the pups! On top of all of that, truly breathtaking views in every direction. We will definitely be back again!

Maria’s place was perfect for our long weekend in the desert. We had 8 adults and everyone had their own bed. The large kitchen was great for hanging out, cooking together and socializing. The backyard with pool and hot rub are amazing and the basement ping pong and fooseball were a hit too. We had lots of golf clubs and bikes so the garage space was also much appreciated.

The house was extremely clean, which is very important to us. It’s one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you for taking such good care of your property, it truly shows!

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

This home was perfect for our large, multigenerational family with lots to do in the home and locally. It was only 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Denver. Great value and great home!

Gina was an amazing host! Everything was beautiful and very welcoming. We even took our 7 pd puppy and there was a dog beg for her. The 6 teenager girls loved the hot tub, game room and plenty of space to rome. The kitchen was fully equipped and the girls loved the area to cook in all our meals. We cannot wait to return!
