Excellent spot, excellent host. Breck is lovely. The hot tubs nearby were a cherry on top. The window view was charming. Underground parking was the cherry on top.

It was just what we needed. Quiet, spacious, clean and comfortable. We only used the kitchen to make coffee but it's suitable for making a full dinner.

My family and I stayed at Sam’s place with another family and we had a great experience. The location was close to everything and Arvada itself is a hidden gem. Sam’s place was a great oasis to retreat to every night. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub. I’d definitely recommend this home for anyone who wants a convenient location and a comfortable and beautiful home to come to nightly.

Incredible Stay at Kathy’s Place in Colorado Springs! Staying at Kathy’s home in Colorado Springs was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The space was spacious, spotless, cozy, and beautifully put together — it had everything we needed and more. The movie theater room was such a special touch. Whether you're visiting for work or just to explore the area, this place is a perfect home base. The location couldn’t be better — super central, with easy access to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone on Airbnb looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-managed home. It was truly an incredible experience, and I’d absolutely stay here again!

Place was great! Everything was clean and well stocked for all of us staying. Very good location. Just 10-15min from downtown. Jeff was a very good host. His instructions were detailed and easy to follow.

I had an amazing time at Sebastian's place. The views were beautiful, and it was very easy to get in and out of the house we were able to create content with all of the different ascetics in each room, and we were also able to have really good family dinners at the big family style tables. The fireplace was amazing and so was the Jacuzzi. The only thing I could say something about is that the basement is a tad chilly but everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay with Sebastian again.

The unit was great. It is definitely one of the premier units at One Ski Hill Place in terms of the view of the hill that is afforded by the unit. It is uniquely positioned in a corner of the building that allows you to see multiple different directions from the living room. The unit is in great shape, everything was clean, and getting into our room was pain free thanks to very clear and detailed directions from Scott. On site underground parking is also highly available with lots of spots and easy to access via an automatic garage door activated with your key card. If you are driving in via your own vehicle, it's a huge feature particularly at a major ski resort where parking can sometimes be a chore. Here, we were able to park in the garage and take an elevator directly up to our floor making coming and going a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if there was availability on our next trip.

Awesome place!!! The layout of the room with the under bed storage and hooks and the way the condo is laid out provides the most room for the space. Of course everything in town is right outside the door. Couldn’t be in a better location. So convenient for skiing or town. Would absolutely recommend!

Myself and my two kids as well as my sister and her daughter all loved the place. The location is great. Very easy to walk downtown and access all of the restaurants and shops. We utilized the nearby grocery store for small things or drive to the larger supermarket by the gondola lot for other items. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and there were even some spices and condiments in the fridge. We bought our own coffee on our way into town but the unit has Kirkland grounds which was great for the drip or for the K cup filter provided. Filtered water in the sink but we also brought a five gallon jug of water and put in the fridge. Spacious storage in the bedrooms kept our mess to a minimum. Lovely building and great spot!

AMAZING location at slopes and restaurants/shops! Great view! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Very clean and spacious condo. Tanya was quick to answer questions and very proactive with info before our stay. Will definitely book again!!

Perfection! Joyce was very responsive and informative before arriving. Upon arrival we were a little early getting to the area and were given access to the condo. The garage parking space was right up front and convenient. Condo is on the top floor and has a cute bench area right outside the door to remove ski boots and gear. The condo is immaculately clean! Spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a well stocked kitchen and living room area was perfect for the 4 of us. Every room has a flat screen tv (smart tvs). We cooked several meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The appliances are new and there were ample dishes and glassware. Never had a need to use the fire place as it was very warm inside. Towels and bedding were high quality and pool towels were provided for us to use. The pool and hot tub were a big hit after skiing all day. We opted to walk to ski instead of using the shuttle. Easily walkable to EVERYTHING! Highly recommend!

Our Stay at Sunny side Flats #3 was incredible. Modern amenities. Comfortable beds, furniture. The infrared Grill and kitchen were great to use for making meals. Location worked well for us. And what we wanted to do. The Garage was perfect for our needs. It was nice having a secure place to keep our vehicle. Keith and his team are wonderful. He checked in with us, made sure we had everything we needed. He was quickly responsive if we had questions, or requests. We really had a wonderful time. And would be glad to stay at this location again when we ski Winter Park.
