Monthly Rentals in Colney Heath

Nathan's house was excellent. I had a great stay—high value for money. I had a hall with sofa, dining table and full kitchen and on first floor was very spacious bedroom and bathroom with skylight. This place just a stone's throw away from the city centre and close to all attractions and great restaurants and pubs. I stayed for a week and I thoroughly enjoyed. I met him in person and chatted quite often. He is a great host. Nathan, I am coming back again, and next time, I plan to stay for a month. Keep it up!!

I had an amazing 3 night stay at Zahra’s. The check-in process was very smooth and the video sent with instructions was very helpful. The studio was cozy with all the basic amenities one would need and I really appreciated the private entrance as I was coming and going a lot with my bicycle.

I stayed here for a month, it was an excellent studio, perfectly cleaned and well-equipped. It’s just as described, located in a superb location, quiet area, easily accessible by public transportation, with a Tesco superstore nearby. Sam and his wife are wonderful people, friendly, kind, and excellent hosts. I truly felt at home during my stay. Sam always answered quickly if there was any question. I would definitely recommend this studio for a great stay in London.

We had a great stay at the barn! Perfect 5min walk to the station, local shop, 15min walk to Asda or 25mins to Aldi or Tesco as well as the Puregym. Lottie and her husband are lovely and washed our bed linen for us as we were staying for a while! They provided us with great instructions and communicated really well before and throughout our trip. There was everything you needed ranging from every type of utensil you could think of to washing pods, to an iron & hairdryer. There was good space to work and the place was bigger than we were expecting from the pictures! It was the perfect place to spend a month - we felt super comfortable and very at home. We can’t thank you enough!
