Monthly Rentals in Coldwater Canyon

This place was everything an Airbnb should be. I was in constant contact with the host who always checked on me to make sure i was okay. Extremely clean. Felt very safe behind the gate of the home. The projector was amazing with tons and tons of options on the firestick. Easy to order food and amazon packages. I would stay here again any day. I was honestly sad to leave after my month was up. I will always remember this cute little place as a staple that contributed to my settling in LA! THEE perfect place!!

Needed last minute accommodations and found this wonderful cozy space. Sayoko and her husband were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The studio is fully loaded, the bed is very cozy and the bathroom is spacious. There is also a cute private patio in the front to enjoy tea or coffee. Location is also phenomenal and near everything you can think off. I was lucky enough to find this space and amazing host. Happy New year!

Adel was a great host and extremely responsive and hands on. Place is in the heart of Hollywood yet away from the noise. The complex itself is very relaxed and peaceful. Definitly will be back
