Keeping It Beachy

AnnaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Tori’s place was perfect for our stay. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom is very updated and pretty. We did not use them but appreciate the washer dryer tucked in hall. We felt at home. The street parking is not an issue and felt fine leaving car on the street. We didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it is also nice. It is near everything you would want to do in the South Bay.

If your going to a event at the intuit dome or sofi stadium this is a great place to stay. It took around 15 minutes to get to the stadium. The house is as described and looks like the pictures. The house was very clean and spacious. Directions to get in we’re clear and very simple. I’d love to stay here again if I’m in the area and catching a game.

C-discounted 3 bedroom (4 beds) 2 bathroom (7123)

NathanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Mark was very responsive on check-in day, as well as throughout the week. If we had any questions, Mark had the answer. The Airbnb is a short drive from several different restaurants and bakeries, making it conveniently located. I wouldn't say it's walkable to restaurants/grocery stores, but it's doable. We enjoyed being able to drive less than 10 minutes to get what we need for day-to-day things. One thing to keep in mind is that it's at least 20 minutes away from the LAX airport with moderate traffic. Mark does have a garage available for his guest's car(s). The fact that there are two bathrooms makes it very nice, since we had more than 4 guests staying. Hot water got hot quickly, so it's great if you enjoy that. Turning the lights on was a little tricky at first, but super easy once you know how (they're dimmable/adjustable!). There are a couple desks for working/reading, and the kitchen amenities are standard. Can't go wrong with this rental; I recommend it!

The place was just beautiful with the views! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Malibu. The AC was not working. Communicated with owners and he responded they would get it repaired. Didn’t happen during our stay and the afternoons were really warm inside. Overall I would stay there again!

Venice Beach Quiet Escape

AtilRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Randy and Bruce were great hosts. They were very nice, very helpful and very responsive. The unit is beautiful, clean, very bright, very efficient and decorated very tastefully. It is a short walk to Venice Beach and many good restaurants, yet peaceful and far enough from the board walk noise. The patio is relaxing, the reserved parking is convenient, the kitchen is functional. My wife and I had a great time during our trip for her birthday and my LA marathon. We would love to be back.

2 Blocks to Beach - The Perfect Home for Families

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is a great house in Venice, adjacent to Abbott Kinney and the beach. The hosts are very, very kind and very responsive. It is a professional operation through and through. The house is also artfully decorated and furnished. The owners of this house are artists and it is reflected in the decor and composition of the house. There are a lot of Air b n b operations where everything is low quality and it's not a house that anyone actually lived in so everything from the furniture to the kitchen supplies is very low quality. That is not the case here. That makes the house very livable. This was important to us as we moved in for 2 months. So, I highly recommend this house and would be very happy to work with this management team again.

Culver City/LA Family Paradise!

JennaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The best Airbnb we have stayed at! We rented Chelsea’s home to visit family for the holidays. Our group was 5 adults and 3 kids, and everyone fit comfortably and felt right at home. The house had so many thoughtful things for kids like a few books and toys to enjoy. There was ample space to hang out inside or out in the lovely backyard. We rented a car to go further places like the beach, Universal Studios and the Getty, but there was so much within walking distance as well - including restaurants, a bookstore, theater and more. The pictures do not do this house justice, and all the little touches made it feel like the staying at a friends home. We had a great stay and hope to be able to go back someday!
