The place is really nice, very private with beautiful surroundings. The view from balcony is stunning, however, i would not describe it as waterfront, Johanna beach is about 6 km away. We have had great 2 nights there and would stay again, no doubt. A lot if personal touches in the place, Sue is responsive to messages, no communication issues.

Ideal for a short stay as the amenities have been so thoughtfully put together, this unique accommodation turned out to be the highlight of our holiday. My age year-old delighted in discovering how to play ping-pong and we spent a delightful honing our skills. Afterwards, we visited the fabulous lolly and ice cream shop on the corner. (They also do good coffee, breakfast items and some takeaway.) We visited Red Rock just after sunset for a jaw dropping vista of what was once a very active volcanic area. This was a real gem, thank you Carmen for a very comfortable stay (and the treats!) We will definitely be back!
