Monthly Rentals in Coimbra

It was a great value, thanks for letting me stay! Coimbra was a really nice town and I felt very safe. The bed is a spring mattress with one inch of foam. It took a few days to get used to it but after a while it felt fine. For the kitchen, when I stayed they didn't have any essentials at all so that was a bit of a let down. There was one and a half rolls of toilet paper, which for an entire month was just barely enough for one person. The noise isolation wasn't too great, I could easily hear the neighbors from the side, downstairs, and upstairs. I could also hear the school kids since it's close to the school. I did use earplugs to sleep a bit better, but I'm assuming most places around the area are like that. Overall, it was still a good value.

Francisca is a fantastic host who cares about the comfort and convenience of her guests! We enjoyed our week long stay while exploring Coimbra. The apartment is well suited for both tourists (lots of attractions nearby including entrance to old city) and for remote working (plenty of space plus fast WiFi). Our advice is to pack light so you can navigate the stairs, but the view of the top floor is definitely worth the climb :) We are so happy we stayed at Francisca’s apartment.

The accommodation was in a very good location in the city center. All the sights and attractions in the city were close. I liked the self-check in and the instructions were well written. The entire accommodation looked exactly like the photos. It was a very cozy and very clean accommodation. I really liked the terrace. I was very satisfied with the accommodation.

Great location for walking to the old cathedral and the university. Good restaurants and bars nearby just a little way down the hill. The apartment was very private, with its own door from the street and a sweet little courtyard. The host gave clear instructions about how to enter the apartment and pay the city's tourist tax. The apartment was clean but we did notice an unpleasant smell sometimes - perhaps to be expected in an old building. We enjoyed our stay in Coimbra very much and found this apartment to be reasonably priced.
