Monthly Rentals in Cocoa West

What a great place for visiting Kennedy Space Center. While I agree that the neighborhood is in various levels of revitalizing and can look a little sketchy, we felt safe. It just seems like overall Cocoa is in varied stages of revitalization. Cocoa village and downtown Cocoa Beach was great for our pup. Everything was pet friendly. The house was a great launching point for all we did and was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog and fully fenced in. (The neighbors warned us to check that the gate was fully clicked or it would open, thank you.) Overall was a great stay and a wonderful house for what we needed. We would definitely stay again when visiting Cocoa.

The Nest is by far the best vacation stay I have experienced on Airbnb. The Nest features a spacious and well appointed layout. The boutique style design features eclectic and well traveled elements. Susan has impeccable attention to detail creating an environment with the comforts of home coupled with the experience of a bed and breakfast style hotel. No element of comfort has been overlooked; from farm fresh eggs, to hand selected snacks, candy, and luxurious body products you are immersed in true hospitality. Every part of the property is serene and inviting in a river view local a few blocks from boutique shopping and exceptional dining.
