The perfect setup. But the nice surprises….. the pretty garden view from the kitchen window, fresh lemons on the table upon arrival, 100% cotton sheets and towels, so much storage space and all you could ever want or need as far as supplies…blender, crock pot, air fryer/oven, Instapot, French press and Nespresso and more. Plus, sustainable products used. So very nice!

We have stayed at The Little Yellow House on previous occasions while Eric has been teaching at CGU. The house is cosy, spotlessly clean and comfortable and has everything anyone could possibly need during their stay. This time we were there for 2 months. We love the fact that you can easily walk from The Little Yellow House to both the uni and Claremont village. Grace is an excellent host and always responds to any queries. We highly recommend staying at The Little Yellow House in the Village

Kisha made it easy to locate this lovely and secluded apartment in a home by use of photos to navigate the one lane dirt road to the entrance of the apartment. It's hard to believe the home is so secluded while being so close to all of the hustle and bustle of eastern LA County. The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything we needed to feel like home. We definitely recommend and will likely stay again (since our daughter lives less than 10 minutes from the Airbnb).
