Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Admire the many historic craftsman and California bungalow homes in this tranquil neighborhood. Walk to the beach and catch a concert in the park. Stroll to shops and a choice of farmers' markets, as well as Colorado Lagoon and Marine Stadium. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. I stayed at Eagle's Nest in Crestline for a work trip, and it exceeded my expectations! Nestled in the serene San Bernardino National Forest, the chalet offered a perfect mix of seclusion and convenience. It’s just minutes from Crestline Village and Lake Gregory, with easy access to other nearby attractions like Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear. The chalet itself is spacious and well-equipped, with an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and great room ideal for both work and relaxation. The wrap-around deck and stone patio were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. I found the accommodations very comfortable, especially the cozy primary bedroom with its en suite bath. Though I was there for work, I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting and natural beauty around me. I’m already looking forward to booking Eagle’s Nest again for a vacation. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to escape and enjoy the mountains while having access to nearby activities.

Cara’s home was a wonderful respite for a week and a half while we remodeled our house and were in transition. We are a small family with three year old child and he was absolutely thrilled everyday to be at home playing with toys and exploring all of the games that Cara and her family kept. We especially appreciated the children’s dinner table set and all of the amenities were as described, in excellent condition, and we really enjoyed our time. The proximity to the park was also an incredible bonus as parents, and it is safe and serene. We are so so grateful for this listing and for Cara and her family’s hospitality.

Beautiful location facing the lake, walking distance to the little town of Crestline. I really enjoyed the set up, it had a large family room with a kitchen dining room table and fireplace then a separate den with tv. We found ourselves navigating to each area depending on what we were doing. It was nice not having a tv and just enjoying the company. The views were breathtaking as well.

Great home and location! Was able to walk to everything in Silver Lake and just 5 minutes to several coffee shops and restaurants. The views walking into Kevin’s place are awesome and the main level is very spacious. The lower level primary suite is also really large. Roof top deck has views for days! Would definitely stay here again!

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.
