We loved everything about Chris's flat. It has been beautifully refurbished and is both stylish and comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very at home. It was perfect for us (a couple and a 12 year old). The absolute bonus is the direct access to the beach through the pretty communal garden. The flat is also very private. We could have easily stayed for longer and will definitely be back. We also enjoyed discovering Broadstairs (loads of lovely cafes and restaurants and beautiful buildings) and the fantastic coastal walks from the doorstep. Great couple nights getaway in a beautiful home with every little detail thought of. Beautiful sea and sky views from the window. It was winter and cold so not a lot open in the old town but we didn’t want to leave the home anyway.

Really lovely flat with an amazing location. Everything is a stones throw away. The host is really responsive. The one thing to note is there are a number of stairs to the flat, so if you are travelling with a baby in a pram prepare yourselves. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely apartment with a stunning view from the balcony! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well located- only a few minutes to the beach and the town centre! This was perfect for a long weeknd :)

Excellent stay for a weekend and amazing views of the sea from the windows. A bit of a trek up the stairs, so you'll need to be fit. Lots of restaurants, takeaways and pubs nearby. A nice 20 min walk to Margate. Old town very nice area. Arrived late but still lots of car spaces nearby. Highly recommended.

It was a lovely place to stay for the weekend. Very quiet and peaceful. Rooms were amazingly decorated and bathroom was immaculate. Hosts were great with wonderful welcome basket and great touches like phone charges and breakfast items already provided. Thanks so much for a wonderful time.

We spent nearly a week at Alex's house with a group of 8 (4 adults + 4 kids), and had a great time. The house is really unique and well appointed (including the tunnels, which our kids loved exploring), and the beach is literally across the street. Everything was clean and well looked after, exactly like the listing. Alex is a great host, very responsive throughout. Thanks again!

Exceptional! This spacious, beachfront property offers breathtaking views & glamour. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor & upper level balconies provide stunning views of the sea, making sunrises & sunsets unforgettable. We even saw a double rainbow! The property has a luxurious feel; as people strolled by, we noticed admiring glances & it’s easy to see why! Julie, our lovely host, was attentive to both home and guests. She greeted us on arrival and departure, was friendly and helpful. Direct beach access was great, being able to step out for a swim. Despite being on a public beach, the property felt private and secure. Convenience store 2 mins drive away, open 7am -10pm. We enjoyed exploring nearby Rye, with its charming streets, historic tower & restaurants. Bodiam Castle is 30 mins drive. Scotney castle is 50 mins drive but well worth a visit. Perfect blend of relaxation, luxury & adventure. Highly recommend for the ultimate beachfront getaway.

We loved our stay at Greatstone, well equipped comfortable home. Lovely to step out and walk on the beach. Plenty to do within short driving distance. Rye is lovely. Excellent well stocked spar along the road.

Loved our stay on seaview terrace. Six adults staying together for a university reunion, the house was better than expected. The location is excellent, house is really well equipped. Its utterly enormous. Jacqui also let us stay much later on the Sunday which was very helpful and generous. Really recommend this house.

We had a great weekend at Benjamins place, we really loved the interior design and artworks. It’s perfectly located to walk to the beach, old town and Northdown Road. Would recommend.

The location is as good as it can get - 2 mins walk from the beach and walking distance from all the popular restaurants and cafes as well as the Ramsgate-Margate-Broadstaits loop bus. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. Susan and Jo are very thoughtful hosts (e.g., they provided separate beach towels in the apartment and a flexible check out).

Fantastic well equipped house well suited for our pre Christmas family get together. The bedrooms are stunning and the ground floor worked brilliantly for 9 of us of all ages. The garden is private and peaceful, and the seafront is a couple of minutes away. Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. Absolutely wonderful place , full of charm and character. The house is huge and cozy. The rooms are so lovely and clean . You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay. The seafront is just nearby and so close with windows facing the beach. The host is very friendly, welcoming and responsive. One of our best places in Airbnb. Highly recommended.

Absolutely spotless property, very comfortable for the few nights break we had planned. A great spot for a base for exploring the area and lots of walks from the front door. The apartment is well furnished and equipped, and had everything we needed. The instructions are the clearest we've ever seen and made it so much easier to use the TV, oven etc etc.

Sue was a fabulous host from the start with brilliant communication. Apartment is perfectly situated in Deal on the seafront in front of the iconic pier. It is situated above a couple of restaurants and earplugs advised if you’re a light sleeper once the local pubs/restaurants empty! Sue has kitted out the apartment with everything you could need and a few snacks, milk & juice was a lovely touch. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Melody’s flat, even with the storm this weekend! It was cozy, had all the amenities we needed and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Margate. Melody was a thoughtful and responsive host, would highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Margate. The flat was the perfect location with an amazing view. Sara, the host, was very responsive. We’d recommend trying Angela’s and Saragossa for dinner out and Fort’s Cafe or Colina for breakfast. We took a day trip to Whitstable and ate at the Whitstable Oyster Fishery Company which we’d also recommend!

Great instructions on location and how to get into the property. Ideal location and lovely balcony with sea view. Flat was clean (although a couple of things could do with upgrading, blinds, rub marks on walls etc) but it did not interfere at all with our stay. Overall a lovely flat in a lovely location and very happy.
