Not sure the photographs do this place justice. Beautifully decorated and furnished - loads of space (we were a group of 8 adults) to relax, cook and socialise in the evening with a drink and some boardgames. Bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable - house is big enough that you also don’t hear people moving around of a morning. Perfect location for a wander down to the seafront and great that the property comes with a parking spot too. Would highly recommend Rachel and the property - we certainly intend to return.

We stayed here for my wedding weekend with the bridal party and it was everything we needed! The beds were comfy, plenty of space to put all of our stuff out, great dining room for all of us to catch up! 10/10 recommend anymore coming to Herne Bay area to stay here. Lisa was very good at communicating and had super fast responses!

A very nice house which was perfect for a murder mystery evening. Location was perfect and the rooms were photogenic. Everyone loved the geese.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Sam’s property where we had a gentle and very special celebration for a friend’s birthday. 13 of us stayed in the house - all adults. The house was beautiful and immaculately presented - the location with easy access to the beach was perfect! The additional sleeping areas of the airstream cabin and the white cabin were excellent. As 13 women together we did a lot of cooking! I have to say the kitchen was brilliant - amazing oven, 2 big fridges a separate freezer and everything we needed to cook (sometimes this is not the case with Air bnbs and I take my own knives etc) It was a fantastic set up in the kitchen and the space was really well thought out. The little seating areas and book books around the space were so wonderful - lots of little break out areas to chat and read in the sun This was a really special weekend for our friend and we feel like this was the perfect space to have been in. Thank you so much. We won’t forget it x

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Lovely house with nice touches all over the place. Only downside, some of the beds (we found) were a bit hard.

Had a lovely lovely stay here, not an amazing area but perfect if you’re wanting to stay near the beach and even better if you book for the reason we did. We just wanted a night away, just me and my husband and close ourselves away from the world. It was so cosy and homely, so many extra touches that just made it even better, beds were comfy and clean and we slept the best ever. The shower was unreal and The hot tub was a lovely extra too. Super quiet, especially for a basement flat and felt really private. Love love love that pets are welcome too. We also took our dog for a walk at the beach which topped it off. Definitely recommend and we can’t wait to stay again.

Harbour View is a lovely place to stay in Folkestone, central location for shops, pubs and restaurants. Good seafront walks. Tanya was a great host thank you x

Apartment is perfectly located, only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. It was spotless when we arrived and we enjoyed the welcome box of Maltesers…I hope they were for us! Great communication from Nicky. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Whitstable.

A beautiful apartment with everything we needed and Erica and Daniel were delightful to communicate with.

Great little flat close to the beach and a short walk from town. Very quiet and peaceful. Possibly could benefit from a solar light or similar in the porch as if like me you arrived after dark it was a little difficult to see. But a great stay.

what can I say!! open the door to be met by a lovely fresh clean smell and a well stocked and thoughtful hamper, fresh fruit bowl and loaf of bread on the table. Big tell in the lounge area. tv in other rooms, all with Internet. Fresh milk in the fridge. The host definitely has put a lot of thought in to this place. All the kitchen utensils you could shake a stick at. Rebecca was very responsive to a couple of questions I had which was great. all beds were extremely comfy. Best caravan we've stayed in by far. Can't wait to return.

Zoe’s place is well-appointed, spacious, comfortable and clean. It’s one of the better airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The beds are comfortable, the bedding and linen are good quality and the kitchen is good, which we liked because we did some cooking. It is within easy walking distance to shops in Old Town and Northdown Rd. Zoe was responsive and helpful. Thanks!

We loved our stay at Melody’s flat, even with the storm this weekend! It was cozy, had all the amenities we needed and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Margate. Melody was a thoughtful and responsive host, would highly recommend!

Patricia's apartment was just as described and just like photos, in fact it was much bigger than you can tell in the photos. The beds were really comfy, the rain shower was lovely. The whole place was spotless. It was a great location to walk into Whitstable harbour and to Tankerton slopes. Patricia was great at communication and really helpful. I would love to stay there again. I definitely recommend it.

Really enjoyed our time at Kirsty's place. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment is very modern. The view was amazing and the balcony was very nice to sit out on. It's in a great location right beside the entrance to Ramsgate tunnels. Very much recommend and hope to return one day!

Great Apartment, well worth the two flights of stairs. Very comfortable. You can park free outside between 18.00 and 9.00 with some more remote parking available via Just Park.
