Idaimy was a perfect host, her home is very well taken care of and perfect for solo travelers. She responded very quickly and was very helpful and caring during my stay which was during both major hurricanes that came through the Tampa area. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The location was very centrally located near Publix, Walmart, and a mall. Also a Nature Preserve is nearby. The home was clean, and I really enjoyed the outdoor sitting area.

My stay at Felix’s was nothing short of amazing. I stayed here for over two months in the summer. The place is clean, cozy and exactly what I needed. Conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. Felix was so friendly and helpful, and super communicative the entire time. I felt at home here and would recommend it to anyone looking to travel to the area!!

We were relocating from California. Great landing place while we looked for a permanent home. Hosts were super nice and very responsive. The place is small but worked well for us. The neighbors were also very welcoming. Great neighborhood to stay in. Carrollwood has a beautiful park a mile from this home with a great dog park. Met a lot of people there. Some trendy Resturants and our favorite Agave social. We were able to bike to a bike trail from the house (through the neighborhood and side walk on busy street for a short stent) worth the ride. There is not a kitchen but they do provide a refrigerator and a coffee maker. Recommend for the price and convenience and the hospitality.
