Nice little flat within walking distance to everything

We loved our stay at Sam's apartment. Right on the water with sensational views. Location, location, location!! Bed was comfy and everything worked. Heaps of places to enjoy nearby. Would gladly stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is very homely with a beautiful view over the lake and has everything you need. Louise is a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable host and was extremely helpful with our last minute booking. We are very much looking forward to hopefully staying again soon.

Lovely hosts very clear communication. Flat very clean, light and airy. nearby restaurants, shops, and the sea. Great for a family get away.

The apartment was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the shops and train station which is the fast train to London and free parking to make life easier for parking our hire car. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Vincent and Nazar were very responsive to any queries we had before and during the stay.

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

The apartment was perfect for my stay in Shanklin. Contemporary, comfortable and clean with all the amenities one would hope for, plus so many little extras such as tea, coffee, biscuits and water, which all help to make settling in so much easier. It honestly felt like home from home and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of going to the Isle of Wight.

We loved staying at Jo’s beautiful apartment she made us feel at home and was extremely helpful and responsive.The service was like staying in a five star hotel Jo provided for her long stay guests clean bedding and towels weekly a fully equipped kitchen we wanted for nothing. Jo made our stay so delightful. The apartment is comfortable and just like the pictures you have beautiful views of the ocean and the park where daily in the evening you experienced a show like no other the feeding of the seagulls it’s like the a scene from the birds movie they amass together and gather around the person feeding them .The apartment has plenty of storage a wonderful comfy bed with high quality bedding it is fully equipped but do remember as Jo states you will have to climb stairs but it is so worth the climb.The apartment is close to every thing bus transportation stores restaurants the pavilion ice ring and the beach very walkable very quiet for the location we slept like babies Carol and Saul

Firstly Johanne and John were very welcoming , everything connected to our stay was explained by John and if we had any questions etc during our stay they were easily contactable. Our little oasis of The Garden Apartment was perfect everything you could need for a relaxing stay and very comfortable.We absolutely loved our stay . Short walk into Shanklin and to the esplanade, lovely restaurants and The Crab pub very traditional with good food . Bus stops nearby to various parts of the Island .

Cozy and quite flat. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Great for long stays. John was very kind, helpful and responsive.

A great little apartment within easy walking distance of central Brighton (or an easy bus route). As explained, you can hear a few footsteps from them upstairs but this was minimal and certainly not in the evening or early morning. Joanne was really responsive and helpful with recommendations of places to eat. A gem if you want to explore Brighton.

Pete was very comprehensive on how to check in and safely operate the amenities within his property, he was very friendly on arrival and felt very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. The property was fantastic, very clean and well stocked with utilities. Heated floors made our stay very warm and comfortable and I will struggle to go back to not having heated floors or an indoor hot tub. overall if your in the area and need an affordable and luxury place to stay then look no further.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Incredibly cute and cozy cottage, centrally located in the peaceful and pretty Shanklin Old Village. Photos probably don’t do the place justice - the bedroom is bigger than photographed and the cottage is full of lovely character. Debbie and Andrew were amazing hosts - exceptionally responsive and accommodating - we felt very welcome indeed.

Two great days here at the end of November. It’s a great location for lots of the local activities and easy to get to Farnham for local shops. Very peaceful and a hit with the family for the pool and hot tub, which were very welcome after a long day out walking in the Surrey countryside. Great recommendations for pubs too - the Anchor was a highlight for Sunday lunch. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed the night for a birthday celebration, this was a beautiful property located on the top floor of a hotel so we felt really safe. The location couldn’t have been more perfect literally right next to the beach and all bars/clubs/ restaurants were in walking distance. Our host was very accommodating allowing us to check in early to fit around our schedule. We were even welcomed with a couple of bottles of bubbly to get out celebrations started which we thought was a lovely gesture. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous place and as described. All mod cons, loved the fridge that had a touch screen to play music! Very clean. My only issue is they originally had the wrong address on so it’s further out than originally thought. Would definitely return.
