Very nice clean, modern and large 2 bed apartment in the centre of town. All main Malls and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of space. The underfloor heating is great!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is very homely with a beautiful view over the lake and has everything you need. Louise is a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable host and was extremely helpful with our last minute booking. We are very much looking forward to hopefully staying again soon.

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. The apartment was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the shops and train station which is the fast train to London and free parking to make life easier for parking our hire car. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Vincent and Nazar were very responsive to any queries we had before and during the stay.

The flat is really nice, just across the road from the beach. It’s well located, only 5 minutes from the town center. The hosts were really helpful and gave us clear instructions about how to access the flat. We had a great time in Worthing and we totally recommend this flat and hosts!

Excellent place to stay and service from host was great, he was very kind and accommodating. The flat was clean and the massive TV along with the Xbox was good fun. Honestly zero complaints, couldn't have been better. Huge thanks to the host.

Felt right at home in this homely, quiet and spacious flat right on Southsea Common. Great location, just a 3 minute walk from Palmerston Road with a host of great pubs and restaurants and of course a small walk to the sea. Facilities were modern, clean and intuitive to use. Comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe. Really was fantastic!

Great accommodation and fabulous host would definitely stay again

It is a hidden gem tucked in the heart of Shanklin. The tranquil and homey apartment is super comfortable and quiet while still within walking distance from transportation, grocery stores and even the beach and old village. Host is ever communicative and flexible for early check-in.

Great flat, very clean and well set up with everything you could need in an accomodation. Rhianna was very helpful with great communication.

Stay is an incredible experience. We’re currently confined to our apartment due to the cyclone, but the view from our house on top of the cliff with its beautiful garden is truly breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here again in the future. However, the windows need to be fixed because the strong gusty winds during the night make loud noises.

Firstly Johanne and John were very welcoming , everything connected to our stay was explained by John and if we had any questions etc during our stay they were easily contactable. Our little oasis of The Garden Apartment was perfect everything you could need for a relaxing stay and very comfortable.We absolutely loved our stay . Short walk into Shanklin and to the esplanade, lovely restaurants and The Crab pub very traditional with good food . Bus stops nearby to various parts of the Island .

My parents have stayed at John’s place a few times now when visiting and every stay has been great ! John is a great host, very responsive and goes the extra mile. The flat is in a great location for Southsea and exactly as described. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here, I cannot recommend John enough .

The host and his family are all nice helpful people. The area is also nice with shops nearby. Maybe just check with the host about parking, becquse we were not sure where we can park. Nice stay.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, peaceful yet still near everything. Fabulous hot tub and beautiful apartment. Couldn't ask for a nicer host or a nicer place to stay.

When I saw this place available, I booked straight away - I was totally sold on the private indoors pool, big jacuzzi and infrared sauna. The whole house and set up are beautiful, and there’s loads to do nearby, particularly with kids. The flat is well catered, Dave was ever so helpful. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!
