Was a last minute booking but the Matt was incredibly helpful, provided us with permits for our parking and was clean as you’d like. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

We loved our stay at Sam's apartment. Right on the water with sensational views. Location, location, location!! Bed was comfy and everything worked. Heaps of places to enjoy nearby. Would gladly stay there again.

Lovely hosts very clear communication. Flat very clean, light and airy. nearby restaurants, shops, and the sea. Great for a family get away.

We stayed for 6 days in mid-August and it was such a great location and experience for us. Coming up to the day of arrival, Laura was in contact in relation to recommendations for places to see and things to do on site, advice on getting over to the island, where the local shops were etc. The apartment was really quiet and the place was well cared for. When we checked in there was everything there we needed. The fridge was empty and clean, as was the freezer. Everything you would expect for the kitchen was there. You do need to supply your own washing powder, but that was ok. Check out was just as easy and while it was early (10am) there are plenty of ferries running at that time to get you back to the mainland.

This is a great place. Clean, eye pleasing, and had everything we needed. The host was helpful and enjoyed the area very much. Despite the main road and local clubs nearby, and both of us bring light sleepers, we slept well and weren't troubled by anything. It was a great bonus with such a central location.

Great location if you are doing any courses at the maritime college. the hosts provided lots of good amenities and made it very easy to find their property. really enjoyed it her and would be more than happy to return in the future

Absolutely stunning location. The house is picture perfect, very clean, quality linen, all kitchen amenities plus extras! Lovely and warm. Highly recommend staying here. We loved looking out to the sea, seeing & hearing the waves crashing onto the beach, magical.

Such a beautiful house in a peaceful private marina. Luxurious fittings, pristine, comfortable bedding and towels. Ample and convenient household items, for a home from home experience. In a central location on the island, with easy access to all tourist attractions, walks and beaches. We would not hesitate to recommend Kimberley's beautiful home and hope to visit again.

What a beautiful and fabulous place to stay! The whole house was so lovely and very spacious and fantastic location… we would truly love to live there forever! Instructions for everything were so helpful and clear…. Anyone staying there would have a great experience… close to local shops, great pubs with amazing food very nearby and friendly atmosphere in the whole area…to walk straight onto the beach out of the conservatory is just wonderful… thank you for our stay in your gorgeous home…

My friend and I had a lovely weekend away staying here with my young baby. The place was very nice and cozy, with a well stocked kitchen and lots of snacks! The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of space for the travel cot which was kindly provided. We were met by our lovely host on arrival and she was very helpful. All in all a great stay!

Perfect location for a long weekend stay, great house for large family group, the house has everything you could need for a large group and for dinning in. It is close to the beach and all the amenities and also to the town for restaurants. We all had a great stay and would definitely return. Thank you

We spent a fantastic bank holiday weekend at Tara’s beautiful house. The location is superb and the house accommodated our two families perfectly. It’s very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more from the house! Tara was also a very responsive and helpful host.

Thank you Mark for a wonderful few days in Warsash. Lovely accommodation, so clean & perfect for our pre Christmas break. A extra thank you for your help accessing the property on our last day……🙄, thank goodness you were nearby & at home. The Rising Sun pub just down the road was really welcoming and we enjoyed dinner there on 2 nights & didn’t feel the need to explore further for food! Plenty to see & do in this area even at this time of year. Would recommend this stylish & original boathouse.

We found you place spotlessly clean and the king sized bed was so comfy. We had many walks and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a peacful break away by the sea

Was a great place to stay, and a great host! Location was amazing! We didn’t get to do much given the weather, but location and the flat were amazing! Defo recommend the place!

We had a wonderful time here in this great apartment. The location was perfect, and it was balm for the soul to be looking out at the gorgeous sea view with every meal time and cup of tea made! Our two boys (aged 6 and 9) had a brilliant time on the beach, at the arcades, amusement park and the chine which was specially decorated for Halloween (and even better after dark with all the different coloured lights). Our dog was in seventh heaven to be able to head down to the sea just moments after leaving the apartment! (This was after 30th Sept so dogs welcome on the beach until April I think) The apartment was lovely and clean, refurbished and decorated really nicely and had everything you could need, including some board games which were much appreciated. Admittedly we came during the off-season but it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. All in all a fantastic place to stay which gave us a fun and restorative four days!

Absolutely wonderful stay here for just a week. Simon was incredibly responsive; I ended up arriving earlier than anticipated and he met me asap. Everything was clean, in working order and nearby tons of shops, activities and the beach is literally a 3 minutes walk away. Simon was friendly and gave me a quick run through and made sure to let me know that if I had any questions, he was happy to help. 10/10, I will be visiting and booking with Simon again! :)

Beshley was a superb host, friendly, helpful and responsive to questions. We felt very welcome and at home.

Stephen & James are perfect hosts. Communication 1st rate. The apartment was fabulous and view totally awesome. Though the weather was cold and damp at the time of our stay, the apartment was always a comfortable temperature. The location could not be better. I'd defiantly recommend this Penthouse Penthouse apartment and will happily book again when returning to Brighton.

Absolutely loved Triin’s place! It was so spacious and cosy even nicer in person than the pictures. A must book if you’re going to Worthing! It is spotlessly clean and has tonnes of useful items and amenities for a great stay like lots of utensils, gadgets and some really nice details to make your stay homely. Eg extra blankets, towels and cushions. We even asked to stay an extra night we loved it so much - and were gutted it was already booked! The check in instructions are hard to follow so you need to read them thoroughly and ahead of time. It’s on the 3rd floor so quite a few stairs which you might need to consider if you have any accessibility needs
