Our family loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. On the ground floor, surrounded by beauty, delightful walks to the beach and endless pools. Good food right within the complex, and an equipped kitchen to make eating in a breeze. Miguel was a friendly and helpful host, responsive to any concerns we had and informative about what we could do while staying in Playa del Carmen. Our kids 9 and 10 rated this home a 10/10

This condo is located on Calle 38 which is so nice! Lots of trees, nice little restaurants and a nice chill vibe at night! Easy little walk to the beach and to Avenida 5, which is pedestrian-only. Inside the condo was exactly like the pictures, clean and comfy. Awesome jungle view, very relaxing. Awesome pool on rooftop, with ocean view.

The condo was spacious, beautiful, and immaculate, as shown and described in the photos and listing. Juliana was very responsive every time I reached out. The water heater went out during our stay. I messaged Juliana and within 5 hours, the water heater was replaced and we had hot water again. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. In addition to the great condo, was the view and the fabulous pool. The pool was so large, that it never felt crowded. We will stay here again the next time we visit Playa del Carmen.

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

Nice studio apartment in a fantastic location. Just Steps to 5th avenue shops, restaurants and nightlife and a couple of blocks to the beach. Despite being close to the action, the unit was quiet which was a pleasant surprise. The unit was clean and well appointed. I had a bit of trouble with check-in but hosts responded immediately and quickly resolved the issue. The rooftop pool was well maintained and offered a gorgeous view - the perfect place to start or end your day. My only complaint is that the unit I was in did not have a nice balcony. I would definitely stay in this building again but would chose one of the other units hosted by Sebastian to try get a nicer balcony. Overall, I highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe and secure thanks to the 24/7 security and the gated community—it gave me so much peace of mind. The location is perfect, just 10-15 minutes from the beach, and the view from the property is absolutely beautiful. The space itself is clean, stylish, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Victor, the host, was incredibly attentive and maintained excellent communication throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free getaway! My kids and I really loved this place! I can't wait to book this property again the next time I'm in Playa del Carmen. 😊

I had a comfortable stay The location is very good and the apartment is very nice. Hosts are available for any needs. We only struggle with the arrival because the location that comes does not take you to the exact point.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Casa Coco Bella has everything you could want in a Cozumel vacation home. We enjoyed the pool, the snorkeling out front, and the gym. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, and Norman was also responsive to any questions we had. The location is great, not too far from town. The condo itself is also very nice and the beds are comfortable. Great views from the patio. We hope to return!
