the space was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. the location is perfect, with easy access to the train and coach stations, grocery stores like tesco and iceland, and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. the area felt very safe and secure, which gave us great peace of mind. Bella was incredibly friendly, warm, and responsive, her messages made us feel so welcome and comfortable even before we arrived. she truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. the apartment itself was beautifully decorated. and made our family stay very nice and everything exceeded our expectations and matched exactly what was described! would definitely recommend :)

I was visiting Chelmsford to see my family but mainly because my Grand- Daughter was appearing in the ice show at the local sports arena. Space with my family was limited because of interest in the ice show so I decided to stay locally at an Airbnb. Nita’s was the place I chose. The flat was superb – a carefully designed self-contained space that was roomy, airy, quiet and immaculate. The use of roof lights brought masses of daylight into the Living/Dining room which had a very comfortable settee. There was everything in the kitchen that I needed. The shower-room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Communication was excellent with Nita and I wanted for nothing. The flat is ideal for exploring South Essex with Southend-on-Sea and Frinton-on-Sea not many miles away. There is a local shopping area with a Co-op for groceries and some nice eating places and there is a large park very close by. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it without hesitation.

I stayed 5 weeks at Bradley's flat and it was very peaceful and comfortable, I really felt home. The flat was super clean, with all the amenities that one can ever need, and everything worked perfectly. The location is very convenient too, central and only 35 min by train to London. Bradley is a wonderful and welcoming host. Warmly recommended, I will definitely come back at the next opportunity.

The apartment was beautiful with lovely high ceilings! It was clean and very well equipped. We came from Dorset and with the help of Google Maps it was very easy to find the accommodation. It was a very easy walk into the city centre and took us less than 10 minutes. The city was very clean and had absolutely everything you could want. We would definitely recommend the apartment as it was so nice and welcoming.
