Really enjoyed our nights stay, it was exactly what we needed and will definitely be back! Mark kept in contact with us, we were provided with detailed instructions of how to get into the property so super easy, and felt very at home. The place had everything we needed, the hot tub was lovely and the log fire kept us so warm. Lovely touch it being decorated for Christmas too. Thank you :)

Havin just read the awful review of the family who stayed at Zoff's place the week before we did. I felt compelled to share our experience which was nothing like that. Zoff's place is a character cottage with everything you would need for a short break. The house was clean as were the bedding and towels. The beds were all freshly made and very comfortable. It was cold and rainy when we stayed and whilst the house was perhaps slightly chilly it wasn't in anyway damp. The hot tub was very clean and all the chemical levels had clearly been checked. The sauna was spotless, with clear instructions and a plentiful supply of wood. Both got serious amounts of use particularly by the kids. They were a great hit. If there was one minor point to pick up on it was that the sofa's in the dining area were maybe a little tired but that's being picky. As for the location Mitcheldean is small but 10 mins away is a super cycling area with Go Ape, with caves and castles a little further afield.

What a wonderful two days away in a tucked away gem right near the Forest of Dean. The accommodation is very homely and well equipped and super cosy. If your a light sleeper like me be warned it is right on a main road so there is some traffic noise and vibration from the lorries but my other half argues he didn't hear a thing! We arrived when it was dark so when the morning light appeared and we opened the curtains we were taken away by the absolutely beautiful setting of the grounds. Tracey and David have done a wonderful job and they are so lovely. Would recommend to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable spot. Took the time to acknowledge our special occasion and left us with the most delicious coffee and fresh bread. In making the effort in those final touches really added to the charm.

We had a wonderful time at Jess' place! It was a little piece of heaven in a lovely area with beautiful surroundings. Stargazing from the hot tub in complete peace and quiet was magical and by far our favourite part of the weekend. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived, and honestly did not feel ready to go home after two nights. Jess really has thought of everything to make use of the space and ensure you have all of the necessities, as well as some very welcomed extra treats. We will definitely be recommending our family and friends to stay here if they are visiting the area. Thank you so much, Jess! :)

We had a great stay. Exemplary communication before our stay including an excellent digital guidebook. Definitely the best communication I’ve experienced when staying at a AirBnb, and they were very responsive too. They also had a very useful what’s app number in case of any questions. They even left a cake and some fizz as we were celebrating a birthday. The house was brilliant. Beautiful kitchen, living space with a wonderful view over the lake. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms nice with great showers. Hot tub was a nice addition too. The large decking area would brilliant in the summer time. The weather was awful thanks to the storm but we were warm and cosy inside! A tiny bit of mould in one of the showers and it looked like there used to be a stair gate but that was broken. Other than those extremely minor things, everything was spotless. Would highly recommend and hope to come back when the weather is better! 😃

Lisa’s garden flat is spacious but cosy & warm at the same time. It’s set back from the road and is therefore very private. We had no trouble following the check-in instructions and Lisa had very generously left us food essentials including the ingredients for a cooked breakfast so we instantly felt welcome. Lisa was friendly, informative & non intrusive. This is the perfect spot from which to explore the Malvern Hills & Malvern. We will definitely be returning.

Visited last year with some friends and loved it so much came back with partner and Mother-in-law. They both loved it too, the house is so cosy and warming makes you feel comfortable straight away. Our host Lindsay was great and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location for exploring, loved seeing the sheep in the back field nice dog walk. Highly recommend.

Rebecca, was incredibly helpful & responsive to all our questions leading up to our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed & at home. we were greeted by Peter who was incredibly friendly & a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Plus a lovely welcome pack that included tea, coffee, milk, homemade biscuits, and even a bottle of Prosecco! The property itself was exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. It was warm, inviting, & incredibly comfortable, with a cozy sofa & a wonderfully comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, & the garden was simply beautiful, offering amazing views from both the lounge & bedroom. The good broadband was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. Overall, we had a fantastic stay & would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable break in the Cotswolds.

This beautiful house has great character and relaxed charm. It’s the perfect base to explore the village and the surrounding countryside. It was perfect for our extended grown up family and a dog. There was plenty of space inside and out. Rebecca was the perfect host and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jill's cottage. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the added bonus of a tennis court and nearby playground kept our children occupied. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay wasn't great and many nearby attractions were closed or cancelled, but the cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed to self-cater. We were particularly grateful for the kind treats, especially the cake and chocolate, given our late arrival. We also appreciated Jill's suggestions on things to do and will definitely be back to explore more.

Staying at John's place was exactly what we needed. Very peaceful location with lots of interesting places to see and lots of beautiful forest walks accessible by foot straight from the property. John and Rosemary are extremely friendly and helpful and only there when you need them which means complete privacy. We will definitely be back!

We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing to go for a couple of days and the barn at Badsey was perfect. The space itself is lovely with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The breakfast facilities (kettle, toaster etc) were enough for us as there were so many places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner. Our dog was pleased to be able to have a sniff around the garden.

Absolutely stunning location and premises! lovely owners, even walked the resident dog Akeila. Just found the whole experience was beautiful and will definitely hold a place close to our heart as I proposed to my girlfriend & luckily said yes!! Will be definitely returning without a shadow of a doubt, can't wait for our next visit & we've only just left. Thank you all for having us amazing staff and lovely, polite people, more like family🥰

Amazing gem! The hosts were lovely and helpful, the cottage beyond expectations. Very well equipped, every little detail was thought of. We enjoyed the pool and garden too. Location is a good base for exploring the Cotswolds. We loved our whole stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay in the summerhouse. Farahnez was a great host, gave us good tips where to go and was always quick in responding. It is a remote location but from there it was easy to reach lots of interesting places. From other cities to the beautiful countryside. We would recommend this place if you are looking to have a peaceful time in the Cotswolds.

Clean and tidy, nice treat to have homemade bread, marmalade and local eggs. Nice quiet area. Would recommend. Only thing that could make it better would be a bigger hot water tank so as to not have the threat of cold water in the back of your mind.

A fantastic house, in a fantastic location with excellent facilities on the Lower Mill Estate. The Host was responsive, the instruction were clear and easy to follow, and we highly recommend visiting.

A lovely cottage in lovely surroundings! Hidden away, peaceful, yet close enough to the main roads for exploring the lovely Wiltshire countryside. Cosy, spacious and well appointed. Very friendly host. And a pool! Highly recommended!
