I stayed at Patrick’s for 2 months while deciding if I was going to move to Wellen Park. It was the best decision I have made, the condo is perfect! It has everything one could need, which was great and made for a great start. The location is amazing! I spent a lot of time on the patio fully enjoying the beautiful view, and listening to /watching the golfers as they played. The community is awesome! The Tiki Bar just opened, so having a walkable dining and bar option is a huge benefit. I had to evacuate during my stay due to a hurricane, and Patrick was communicative and helpful. If I could have stayed here for another year, I would have. It was perfect for me! Worth every penny. Thank you, Patrick!

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Debra’s place. We were there for over 2 months, while we looked for our own home and she was always quickly available to answer any questions. She was very helpful navigating our stay with 2 hurricanes! We did leave for two nights , but she was great about letting us know everything was safe for our return. Lovely home in a nice neighborhood, quiet, with lots of close restaurants and stores! We enjoyed watching golfers play. I highly recommend Debra’s place! Thank you Debra. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Heritage Landing. Place was beautiful, we loved our vacation stay and will definitely come back!
