a truly wonderful place private clean well maintained the hot tub was amazing the hosts were brilliant responded within mins local pubs close so a nice meal out on our 1st night really was a truly fantastic couple of days

We had an incredible stay. Ann really made us feel at home, and the house is amazing. Lots of space for a group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. The hot tub and pool really made our weekend extra special.

Beautiful relaxing place to stay. Really friendly and helpful hosts definitely recommend if you have dogs too lots of nice walks around.

We had a fantastic stay, the hut was lovely, cosy but plenty of space and everything that you need. The view and wildlife was amazing, owls, dears, foxes, kestrels, red kites just to name a few. Jonathan was an amazing host and couldn’t have done anything more for us. When staying here the shepards hut next to us was empty, so this made it very exclusive but If it had people staying in it this would have been a big negative for us, as it makes both huts not very private especially outside and walking to the hot tubs. Probably wouldn’t return because of this which is a shame as it is a lovely place.

We loved our stay in this stunning home! Two fab pubs just outside which had been recommended to us by the host, along with lots of other helpful tips. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us, but be warned the village was quite crowded with tourists, even at this time of year. Didn't bother us too much but we weren't really expecting it! We loved the house and really loved that there were some logs left so that we could have a cosy fire in the log burner. Stairs are a bit of a death trap (this was to our amusement) but host had warned us about those so we were aware of what we were getting ourselves into! People with limited mobility would need to take this into account when booking. Really appreciated we were able to bring a dog too, and there were some lovely walks around the area, umbrellas and wellies were at the property which was also really helpful. Overall a really beautiful unique property, ideal for a cosy winter stay!

Great little shepards hut with a lovely secluded section with a nice view over the fields. Jessica was lovely to deal with and the little details and things provided in the hut really made it stand out. Would definetly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant accomodation! everything was seamless from a few days before check-in asking how many beds we needed, to a flexible check in on the day. we absolutely loved the accommodation, it was spotless and exactly as described, it had everything you could possibly need. We stayed for a friend's wedding at Waters Edge at Ewen and would highly recommend, only a 10 minute taxi ride and made the whole wedding experience so much more fun and relaxed, we even left early just to come back and get in the hot tub! thank you so much for a great stay!!

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! We loved our family stay in the Cotswold Barn. The building was fabulous, so spacious and close to lovely places to visit in the Cotswolds. We wanted a venue where we could relax as a family and there was certainly enough space to do that. All bedrooms having en suites was great. Brilliant dining space and games room. Well equipped kitchen, spacious for preparing meals for 8. We had a photographer do a photo shoot to celebrate a milestone birthday and the venue was perfect to capture some great photographs, with beautiful surroundings. We would definitly come back!

Beautiful cottage that was perfect for our stay. Super clean, cosy and comfortable. Felt like home from home. Great walks from the doorstep, including one into Stow-on-the-Wold, a lovely picturesque market town with a good selection of independent cafes and shops. All in all, a lovely relaxing weekend.

We loved our stay at Dove Lodge, great hosts, great location and beautiful accommodation. We stayed with our 11 month old and he loved exploring the garden!

This beautiful house has great character and relaxed charm. It’s the perfect base to explore the village and the surrounding countryside. It was perfect for our extended grown up family and a dog. There was plenty of space inside and out. Rebecca was the perfect host and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

We really enjoyed staying in The Old Chapel. Peaceful, beautiful and a lovely conversion. Clean abd homely. Thank you for chocolate and cake! Looking forward to next visit. Thank you Jill x

We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing to go for a couple of days and the barn at Badsey was perfect. The space itself is lovely with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The breakfast facilities (kettle, toaster etc) were enough for us as there were so many places to eat nearby for lunch and dinner. Our dog was pleased to be able to have a sniff around the garden.

We stayed 3 nights at Mary's place it was perfect for what we wanted and we were extremely pleased that Mary excepted our dogs with open arms. We travelled to NEC easily in 35 mins and found plenty of parks to run the dogs in around Leamington on our day there. Would definitely recommend and would love to go back another bonus for us it was only 20 mins away from family members.

We wanted somewhere to stay as a family to celebrate a special birthday which falls on Christmas Day and this was perfect in every way. The house is really, really lovely with plenty of space to enjoy spending time together in really comfortable and well-equipped surroundings - exactly as in the photos with lots of additional, thoughtful touches not even mentioned in the description. Caroline is a fantastic communicator and her instructions and local guide are really well written so we had everything we needed to help us enjoy our stay. Any questions we did have were responded to almost instantly. Finally, Hook Norton (or Hooky as we now know it!) is a lovely, picturesque village and there are local shops and pubs within a short walk so it's ideal if you don't want to drive anywhere. We can thoroughly recommend the brewery tour and the pub quiz at the Pear Tree Inn, both a convenient stroll home after a couple of pints of Hooky!

The perfect escape! Farahnaz and Paul are really helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The Summerhouse is so secluded and cosy. it really is a proper escape from the "Busy Life" Shakurs on the corner is a great place to eat if you get the chance. Thanks again Farahnaz & Paul, We will be back.

Ros and Hugh were great hosts. A very warm welcome and clear explanations on all utilities in the flat and insight into the surrounding area. This friendly couple were unintrusive but reassuring to know they were available in their cottage right next to our flat had we needed help with anything. The flat was compact but well designed with all the amenities required for a cosy stay. The village itself is the quintessential image we'd hoped for an idyllic rural setting. We had a very nice stay and excellent value for money.

Fantastic location and a real home from home feel. Beautiful surroundings with fantastic walks and pubs with excellent food along the way. We made good use of the welcoming log burner. For cosy nights in. Our dog loved the early morning walks along river and through fields with the three Barn Owls! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

We stayed for a couple of nights close to Christmas, wonderful stay in this beautiful period home, with the village looking very pretty and festive. Having use of a sauna and pool, while it was frosty outside; made our stay particularly enjoyable!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the tranquility of the place. Hilary was a great host, she greeted us when we arrived and we really enjoyed the handmade flapjacks. We were not brave enough to go in the pool (February) but it looked beautiful. The house was comfortable and had all that we needed. Really enjoyed sitting in the kitchen looking outside and seeing the deer.
