Ruth was the perfect host, you can tell she loves what she does! The cottage is a very special little bolt hole - just what we needed! Had everything we needed for the night, it was lovely and warm on a winters day, walkable to very decent food and breakfast was first class! Would definitely plan a return visit 😊

We extended our stay as the interim accommodation suited our needs and we recommend the experience!

Exactly what I needed, warm, comfortable bed and free netflix is a nice touch. Tea and coffee in the room. If I had to be really picky hanging space is limited (single room) a hook on the back of the door would be great. Would stay again without hesitation Thanks Roy

Lovely peaceful location with great instructions on how to get there from the hosts. The place feels secluded and has a nice country living feel to make you feel relaxed, but is still very close to amenities and Northampton itself so you're not far away at all.
